Chairman, Trump University

In just a few days, thousands of would-be real estate investors and future billionaires will be picking my brain at the Learning Annex Real Estate Wealth Expo. This will be the second event of this type I've done, and I have to admit that the crowds blow me away. They come out in droves. I almost feel like a rock star as I see all their eager faces and feel the incredible energy.

Whatis it about real estate and the Trump name that generates this kind of near hysteria?I know it's not all about me, though I don't mind taking just a little bit of the credit. It's the fact that there's money and glamour involved. There's the undeniable potency of the "real" in real estate. Unlikeinvesting in stocks and bonds, real estate offers people the opportunity to invest in something that is concrete and material. Combine that tangibility with the power of the Trump name and people get worked up into a state of almost frenzied excitement. It's unbelievable!

The last time I did this "How to Get Rich" seminar was in Los Angeles last May. This time I'm speaking at the Jacob Javits Convention Center here in New York on October 23. I've got another date on my schedule in Chicago on November 6.

Learning Annex President and Founder Bill Zanker says that he approached me to speak at these seminars because he believes I'm the world's biggest celebrity. That's very nice of him to say. Bill says even he was surprised by how much interest there is in my classes. The first time I was on their roster, some 20,000 students signed up to hear me speak.

If you haven't signed up, let me give you a sneak peek. Here's one tried and true tenet of my real estate and personal philosophy: I like thinking big. I always have. To me, it's very simple: if you're going to be thinking anyway, you might as well think big.

Donald J. Trump is Chairman of Trump University.

Mr. Trump,

I aggree with you as regards thinking big. It's a good think for any human being to attain.

But how those one on a continous basis think big without in the moments of time, he/she cannot afford the basic necessity of life?

Dear Donald Trump,

The fear of rejection causes men to compromise their values. I have no such fear as a young man. I would only ask for 120 seconds to impress you, Mr. Trump.

A smart coat is a good letter of introduction. Its beauty that captures your attention; whilst personality is which that captures your heart. Likewise the most important function of education at any level is to develop the personality of the individual and the significance of his life to himself and to others. These attributes is what I have observed in your doings and daily essence of living. Thanks to you for establishing a foundation for teaching success which is actualize in the Trump University. Thank you.

Technique is really personality. That is the reason why the artist cannot teach it, why the pupil cannot learn it, and why the aesthetic critic can understand it. To the great poet, there is only one method of music – his own. To the great painter, there is only one manner of painting – that which he himself employs. The aesthetic critic, and the aesthetic critic alone, can appreciate all forms and all modes. It is to him that Art makes her appeal. Now as your been the most famous real estate developer in the world, I commend you for your test, passion, determination, sense of humour, boldness, courage, technical negotiating skills, perseverance and most of all, the act of oneness in your discoveries.

I believe that every man born of a woman has a soul of a poet who died young. In this perspective; I believe we all are poets until we see the possibilities of bringing this unique gift to life. So, like Emily Dickinson once said Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion; it is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality. But, of course, only those who have personality and emotion know what it means to want to escape from these. Real Estate Development has an attribute of poetry. For one to understand it and be a master, one must be able to understand the trueness of this personality like you do. You are a model and a master planer in the world of real estate development.

A smart coat is a good letter of introduction. On that regards; I found myself reading your article on Don't be satisfied, Do More. It thus come to my comprehension that most often in your closet, the feeling of your best not being actualize; stimulate you the more into adventurous manifestation of your passion in negotiations and the act of real estate development. It thus flabbergasts my instinct of wanting to know why you choose that path. Why choose the path?

Like you said, Don't be satisfied, Do More, base on your forth sight, statistics gather and research of Dubai, you did announced that you have closed a deal in Dubai where you will be building a 50-story tulip –shaped hotel on a man-made island. Without exemptions, I wonder why the use of words Man-made Island? Though Dubai, in your perspective and my opinion, is one of the world's fastest growing cities, would that be the reason of your goal in that land? I strongly believe it was a good choice you made. But is that the best you can do?

The great man is he that does not lose his child's heart. I may in this juncture with utmost humility bring to your intellectual and business minder personality, that; there is a prospective and most universal growing and flourish city in the world and this city has no man-made island. This city is gifted and blessed. This promised city is on the run to regain it full essence. That journey of restoration has begone and I thought as the most famous Real Estate Developer in the world; it would be ideal to draw to your attention of the tremendous amount of prospective investment available in this promised and blessed city, Calabar, Cross River State (www.crossriverstate.com).

First off, congratulations on the Dubai venture, Sir. Where do you think the next "Dubai" is going to be? I wish I could attend the events in NY and Chicago but unfortunately I can't attend. Maybe the next one, in Los Angeles.

Here's some constructive criticism, Sir, when you do the promos for the next Apprentice, leave out the ones from the boardroom, the eye contact totally gives away who is going to get "fired". Attention to detail, is a part of "thinking big". Like I stated before, I have just begun to "think big".

Chairman Donald Trump, I think investing in New Orleans is not "How To Get Rich." The last thing I heard about the building of the levys is that they will be built back to their former strength (category 3) due to lack of money. Buyer beware! The hurricanes are becoming stronger and more numerous each year. There have been 12 Atlantic hurricanes this year, tying a 1969 record....and now Tropical Storm Alpha is forming. Next year I predict many more of the hurricanes will be category 5 and stronger. Next year the Gulf states will be evacuated again, many times, and immense amounts of real estate will be destroyed again. Hurricanes will come further inland with their destructive forces. To rebuild New Orleans will be interesting to watch. It is an environmental disaster, an immense "sink hole." It cannot be PROPERLY rebuilt before the next hurricane season, and the next and the next. I am talking about the 20 year hurricane cycle that we are now in. And due to global warming, the hurricane season may get longer. Any real estate investment in Florida or any of the Gulf states must be properly insured and be able to be written off because destruction is eminent again. I sound like the prophet Jeremiah. He warned the jews of their coming captivity. The human race has been given dominion to rule the planet but the religious, political and business leaders have done a terrible job. The ecosystem is ruined. Right now Hurricane Wilma, the strongest hurricane ever recorded (882 millibars of pressure) is charging towards the Florida Keys and will head up the east coast. Things can only get worse because the world's leaders have not changed their evil environmental ways, especially here in America. Money is king to them, not people's lives or the planet. But the planet Earth is the only real estate we have to live on. Insanity is repeatedly doing the same dumb thing and hoping for a better result. I predict that

Mr. Trump as a Canadian I feel privileged to be apart of your University and more importantly having you as a "virtual mentor". The Trump name certainly creates the hysteria I have never seen before falling on the back drop of a truly great business professional. But what I will say is that I am looking forward to having our own piece of Trump Tower, finally, in Toronto, Ontario. I will end with this question, is a stop in Toronto or our Nations Capital Ottawa in your foreseeable future for your Canadian Wealth-Seekers?

Dear Mr. Trump,
I was at the Javits Center and heard you speak this past weekend. As a matter of fact, you were the reason my wife and I flew up from Houston. She is also a big fan of Mr. Kiyosaki. Thank you for being so straight forward. I especially enjoyed the question and answer session, as if you need advice from the guy in the audience on finding a good deal (those that were there know what I am talking about). Not only are you great at what you do, but you're the kind of guy I would like to grab a pizza with and hang out. Keep it up and always be straight forward. After a weekend of a lot of rosey stories of no work and earning millions, I can't express how pleasantly surprised we were to hear encouraging words in a real sense from you. My time is coming and I will never give up until I reach my goals. Thank you for listening.

Sincerely,
Ryan J. More

Congratulations Mr. Trump on your development project in Dubai, I recent sent information to your two executive about the development that is happening over there - considering that Dubai is one of the most go head place at the moment. It's a pitty that you don't have a New's area on your trump.com website on your new developments. Oh, while I get a chance, this is going back 7 months, thanks for the "Thank You Letter" that I faxed you when I lived in Narrabeen. And those kind words, "Anytime"!!!

Little bit of advice for you Mr Trump, always talk and think yourself UP, not down(down is negative, and then doubt sets in!)Thats in the area of Role Models - That your follows can do better.
Kind Regards,

This looks like an excellent opportunity to learn powerful wealth-building strategies - thanks for making it available! Trump - you're an inspiration to us entrepreneurs everywhere. As the guy who started the online commercial university concept back in '99 (that's me), I wish you the best with Trump University - sounds like you have a winning enterprise started here.

In working with thousands worldwide, I've found that most people are simply too lazy to overcome hard knocks and be persistent. I hope your upcoming seminar and university resources give people the extra "nudge" they need from a man like you, who's truly "made it", to achieve their goals. Thanks!

To my comment below dated 10/22/05 I have received a few responses that said I sound condescending. It was just a few responses among many that said that but I want to address that right here and now. I did mean to sound condescending when I said "we need more unique, experienced, degreed, knowledgeable, professional, spiritually alive business people on our team who want to get a deeper biblical understanding, truly enhance all of humanity and get richer in the process.
A win-win situation." I want to learn from you also. All of you have knowledge that is useful to me.
Each one, teach one. Team work. This call also goes out to Bible scholars, Theologians, Ph.D.s, etc. who feel the need to do more. Again, each one, teach one. Team work. I do not know it all. But I know what I know. I am a life-long student. Sincerely, a "servant" of God, Dr. Nimrod Erech Melchizedek Christ Nimrod. nimrodworldpeace@aol.com

Mr. Donald,

You are Exciting. You have picked your self up and dusted yourself off so many times that you are the excitement.

I have two life saving inventions that go hand in hand. I've created something to get people to quit smoking and will prevent people from even starting. It's very exciting. How can I get you or someone with your kind of money to invest in my idea? I can do a business plan, get copyrights, patents and trademarks and go on out there on my own. I would put my house up for this, that is how sure I am. I have plenty of equity in my home, but I am coming to you with this. What should I do next?

Well, Mr. Trump, I have discovered a simple way to get hard core smokers like myself to quit smoking. I smoked a pack a day until 11:30 p.m. 11/13/05. I love smoking. I have more than a pack and a half right now sitting on my bed while I am typing you this letter. I had no intentions to quit smoking today, but my discovery has made it just that easy. Yet, I always have had a premonition of what it would take for someone like myself to quit smoking. (it was never cancer, no pun intended)

I have always known that I would be wealthy beyond my imagination. "If I knew then what I know now" was a mantra for me growing up in the city of Baltimore, Maryland. I always said that I want to live my life to the hilt! I will always be young at heart and happy no matter how old I am. When I was 12, I thought of the rear windshield wiper. At least I thought I was the first person who thought of it, but who didn't ever have a thought like that in reference to something.

I believe that my idea and invention will change the world for smokers and non-smokers. This idea is big and exciting enough for you, and/or Oprah, Russell Simmons, Martha and Bill Gates. You five are my cornerstone mentors, my five pointed star, and I want to do business with one or all of you. I am so excited!

If I thought of this, someone else can. I want to get started now, so please point me in the right direction.

I'm ready Mr. Donald Trump, and I think you are ready for me. This is my reinvented wheel and my rear car window wiper invention that I was to young to grasp at an early age.

How much money can be made from an idea like that that actually works? TMI, I will be very careful with my inventions.

p.s. I'm the proud owner of a small fragrance business of 12 years at a shopping mall in the DC/MD. area, and I also have a popular independent website for 3 years, and a combined 24 years of experience in the cosmetic industry and many ideas. I'm single, 42, no children, nothing to hold me back. I look and feel young, and I understand what life has to offer. I have a dream, passion, a vision, something to prove, something to give, something to offer, my life is in order. I want have some real fun now. Can we Kick It!

cc. Oprah, Russell Simmons, Martha, Bill Gates

I am open, upfront, blunt, upbeat and I'm ready! I need a meeting.

1. If I were asked what do I have in common with Donald Trump, my answer would be... I have personal initiative and the ability to bounce back no matter what. I'm a problem solver. My mind works like an engineer. I can spot trends and foresee problems way up ahead before any one else, and have a solution before the shit hits the fan.

2. If I were asked what do I have in common with Russell Simmons, I would say I try to be humble and grateful for what God has blessed me with, and I try to pass on what ever I can to help make younger people successful in life no matter what it is they choose to do. What I have comes from within.

3. If I were asked what do I have in common with Oprah, Spirit, life experiences, drive and ambition. I also want to give back to help make this a better world for the future. I want to open people's eyes to the possibilities and empower people who do

This comment is to correct an error in my comment of 11/5/2005. The error was "I did mean to sound condescending." That should have read "I did NOT mean to sound condescending." See what a big difference one word can make? That error reminds me of how double-crossed Christians understand John 1:1 to try to prove the existence of a pagan trinity of three equal gods (god the father, god the son and god the holy ghost). Traditionally John 1:1 reads "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God." This wording makes God and the Word (Jesus) one being. But the "literal" Greek translation of John 1:1 reads "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was a God" (meaning the Word was the Son of God). That word "a" is in the literal Greek translation. But Bible scholars such as in "W. E. Vine's Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words" will tell us that John 1:1 was an exception to the rules of Greek translation and not translated literally and that we are not to use the literal Greek translation. Why not? Because if the literal Greek translation is used then a pagan trinity of three equal gods cannot even be considered because no other verse in the Bible alludes to a pagan trinity of gods. But then the Bible scholar tells us that the rest of the New Testament is translated literally from the Greek and we are to read it that way. I found that very diabolical!! Don't you? If John 1:1 is read truthfully "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was a God" (meaning the Son of God), that would harmonize with the rest of the New Testament like John 1:2 "And the same was in the beginning WITH God." And John 17:3-5, where Jesus Himself says: "And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee the Only True God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent (4) I have glorified Thee on earth: I have finished the work which Thou gavest me to do (5) And now, O Father, glorify Thou Me with Thine Own Self with the Glory which I had with Thee before the world was." Jesus here states the Father is the Only True God and that He (Jesus) was WITH the Father before the world was...(in beginning). Jesus never made Himself equal to Our Father. Jesus always praised, prayed to and gave thanks to Our Father God (Jesus is our Brother). John 1:1 cannot prove a pagan trinity anyway because that verse does not mention God's Holy Spirit which is God's empowering FORCE and not a person. God's Holy Spirit becomes personified when God's Holy Spirit enters us and we are filled with God's Holy Spirit. See?! In John 20:17 Jesus speaks to Mary after He had come back from hell where He had CONQUERED DEATH AND THE DEVIL!!! "Jesus saith unto her, Touch Me not; for I am not yet ascended to My Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto My Father, and your Father; and to My God and your God." All this is in the Book of John. See what a difference a word makes? Now it all makes sense.
