Would you be interested in that property? I know I would. If I were planning to go to some open houses on Sunday, it would be the first one on my list. I would get there at noon to make sure I saw it before anybody else did.

Why does that ad work so well? Why does it pull so much more powerfully than all the others that only list bedrooms and baths? It’s because that ad incorporates four critical factors known as AIDA:

Attention, created by a headline that trumpets benefits

Interest, sparked by a description of condition and affordability

Desire, caused by prized features and benefits

Action, offered by an open house and a number to call right away

To write a great ad, you need to know all you can about your ideal buyers - who they are, what they can afford and what they are looking for in a property. Your next step is to use a little creative flair to present that information in an AIDA structure.

Don’t forget that newspaper ads are still powerful tools to sell properties, even in our age of Internet selling. If you get the power of an AIDA ad working for you, you can get your properties visited - and probably get them sold - next Sunday afternoon.

About Building Wealth in Real Estate Investments and the AIDA concept with your permission, is another structure a CODE which cover the whole ancian roots mistery*s which if applied in our days will provide:

• Light in the Meeting Tent* as Meru code structure by Mr. Stan Tenen
but I like to catch the principle (glued to my heart as missing puzzle of all the pyramide talks the blog have the kindness to support as different opinion to watch the world and ask why?!, thank you once more ? ) so, I believe that the concept of *Meru flame letter* discovered by the physician Mr. Stan Tenen U.S. after studying the Hebrew letters. Look, the very first letter from Genesis is interpreted by Mr. Tenen in a 3 D form with his years of compared study*s and personal gift , the result in a piramide form and the textual: * Light in the Meeting Tent* the symbols inside that figure which in reality is a tetrahedron are much deeper but even from the author not findet yet ?. How can that affect Real Estate and build wealth, well the design concept used as patent of how we promote it in the market how the base of pyramide will be formed by R.E Investment as value and water and the top will be that financial patent . that simple principle can change with common sense principle and effectiveness arias affected by disasters no matter the cause: naturals or war as benefit of applying the Code are sufficient to restore the peace joy and harmony in the world giving pace as opening the gates of new markets which until now are subject of war, powerty as part on the world map: a deep unbalanced one

In the war case, I believe that where the politicians are under pressure and danger and limited solutions, the entrepreneur spirit can make the difference if sustained by the global political decisions and that way will be another waterflow effect like Mr. Trump does in year 74 during the recession times, he join all the interests and prouved the value of a name brand as quality and integrity hand print of his work.

That is the redline story but the practical aspect that model provide, need a open discussion at a round table to see how that concept can be the way I like to work in order to create wealth into a balanced gove and take back form on the new market .

Does it come with a maid too? You know someone that can cook, clean and do the dishes? Oh yeah and the laundry and take out the trash and stuff? If it does then consider it SOLD!

Less means more.

As I listened to the radio this morninq I heard of yet another store overwhelminq the customer with too many choices and too much to read. It is not that I can't read, however I remember back in the sixties readinq the directions on Christmas morninq was a joke. Now its your life line.

Advertisinq is about spendinq the consumer's paycheque after all. Food, shelter, mineral and oil, down to the toys we reward our families with at the end of the day.

To me the future of advertisinq is qoinq to capture my attention when it is responsible and aware of my spendinq, in as much as it is about savinq. I can save a dollar on the can opener but do I need two of them ? There are some people in business who would sell me five can openers if they thouqht it was to make them rich.

For once can someone try to sell me somethinq I actually need ?

Si! And I think I will apply the concept to any selling - different markets want different things - did you know that some online classifieds are free??? I think I might call the number and see if I might be able to see the property Friday - happens sometimes - already sold Saturday morning - often get the response - Oh that one sold already - but there's this other one - Hi I also know that game too - teasers!
