It’s not just business acumen, but integrity, that carries you forward in the business world. It’s as simple as keeping your word, or, in some cases, remembering what your words were. It seems that “simple” isn’t always easy for some people.
I came from the world of construction and real estate development, which is known for being demanding and difficult, but it also requires precision. There can’t be anything haphazard in construction, or people can be injured. “Happenstance” is not acceptable. I’ve applied that approach to everything I do.
There’s an integrity to building that cannot be compromised. We’ve all seen the results of hastily constructed buildings in the earthquakes in Greece and Turkey and in other disasters around the world. I will not jeopardize the safety and wellbeing of people, and if I’m known to be a stickler for details, there’s one of the reasons right there.
Our actions and words will eventually point us towards having a reputation for having integrity or not having integrity. I’ve been around long enough to know how valuable a commodity straightforwardness can be. As a businessperson, it’s a strength that can see you through everything.

One Man one Word as Blueprint Name

I am just a hard worker and I make a decent living. I am not a fan of The View. I did watch the day before the famous feud. From what I saw Rosie O'Donnell made a joke regarding extra marital 'stuff' after you gave a 2nd chance to the beauty queen. I just wanted to say that it came across as merely a comedienne's joke. It didn't seem personal against you. O.K. then things got very ugly. I'm sorry that happened because before that I had such respect for both of you. She never really made hateful statements about you. She made fun of your hair. Comedians do that. I feel like you took all that way to seriously. For such a powerful and brilliant man...I was suprised. I wish you well...Thank you for your time.

In a recent edition of Trump Magazine, there was an article by George Ross 'Finding Common Ground'. I carry this article with me as it demonstrates how the cornerstones to a successful negotiation are Rapport, Trust and Satisfaction.
I run a medium advertising agency and my WORD is all that I have to get me through some of the challenges that come with delivering successful advertising and marketing plans. Without a strong REPUTATION, there would be little hope of working out some of the details and renegotiations that take place.
Customer will TRUST you when you do what you say you will do.
Customers will TRUST you when you say you will fix a problem and you fix it.
Customers will get to a point of SATISFACTION faster if the rapport and trust is intact.
TRUST is earned over time and is a bankable resource.
Like Tony Montana said in the movie Scarface "I got two things in life...my word and my B- - - - S and I don't break them for nobody:"

Maybe I have said it in an extreme way... What I mean is that you have to keep your word to a certain extend even if you are being betrayed...
On the other hand, for a person not to keep his word because of a better rewards or discounts, he is actually discrediting himself... I have been doing my very best to keep to my words... And the end result is that no matter what I do, people will believe in me...
And I think that's what business is all about... Trust! Once you build that trust, you are actually building a very long term relationship which leads to the bright huge future in your career...

Anything we can do to cut down on the need to consume oil for heaven's sake. Too many fumes engulfing the atmosphere.
You are a great man. (I mean it. I am not trying to stroke your ego!)
Even before you created your Trump University (2001), I have fantasized about inviting you to team up with my company to create a "Millionaire University" which will concentrate on teaching people how to create wealth.
So, it was a huge surprise a couple of years later to hear that you had created an online Trump University!
Not only that, you even sent an invitation e-mail to us to sign up!
Well, before saying anything further, I and my company want to congratulate you for this spectacular achievement and benevolence to humanity.
You are one of the greatest positive role models in America and the world.
At the present, I am reading two of your books all at the same time.
And when I finish, I will check out your wealth courses at your online University and buy all of them.
I recommend anyone who truly desires to create abundant wealth and success to buy and read your books and online courses.
Mr. Trump, you are a very kind man to be sharing your wealth secrets with the world.
May you succeed more, have good health and live long and happy.
