Grabbing the golden ring is NOT as easy as having an idea and stepping out. Finding the financing is very difficult. You practically have to be able to fund the thing yourself before anyone will take a chance. I have a GREAT business idea -- not a new idea, just new to this part of the country. I'm having a great deal of difficulty finding funding to sustain the business for the first 6 months -- until it catches on and can support itself. Anyone have ideas for places other than hard money (which I can't afford) and banks (which aren't interested)?
