I remember I had written an article on a journal about "How People's dream break ..." long time back. Take my own example, I dreamed becoming a pilot. My parents wanted me to become a doctor. I studied science in colleges and later got opportunity to join computer engineering and I completed masters degree in Computer Engineering. These days, I love to say myself as an entrepreneur ( at least people/industry recognized me as an entrepreneur awarding me the best entrepreneur awards three times).

Prestige of being in one occupation or another depends on time and context. No professional is prestigious if you can not excel on that.

Only recently have I felt the respect a teacher should get because I have a principal who backs me up when I have a problem with a student and or parent. Only recently have I felt the instinctual confidence that I have observed other teachers develop. I have been teaching troubled kids for 15 years. Only recently have I head a politician say that the education reform begins in the home, and that when children are taught to respect their teacher and to respect getting an education can we begin to make the changes that we need. So to hear this recent news about teachers being in the top three of this list is heartening. I feel the pendulum swinging and that is a good thing for the last half of my calling. Thanks for this report Mr. Trump.

Dear Sirs, and Madams:

Science has lost its luster. They, (the Scientists), have inundated all markets with discoveries from their profound research! And now they have little room to grow with the possible exception of the ever-controversial field of Genetic Engineering. So they're pretty much in a stale-mate. The same can be said for Doctors to a certain extent. But the trend is leaning toward the practical, and/or DOING SOMETHING. In this respect Physicians/Specialists have not been hit quite so hard as the pure Researcher/or as I like to put it: just a plain Ph.D. Physchologists may be the exception to that rule too. {I see plenty of people every day who could benefit from that type of help!!!}. Teachers are respected because of the Challenge their jobs present someone. Without TV violence every NIGHT at home, would their jobs STILL REMAIN as DIFFICULT??????! But it's probably undoable by now. That's why I prefer a good old-fashioned American Folk Hero like Mister Trump! A man who became so successful just at doing what he does, that Hollywood GAVE him a t.v. show. Must be a philanthropic spirit in that person somewhere, or it would not have played itself out in such a way!

For Ryan Gruzin, if your dream is to build something like the Milan Cathedral in 500 years than you should think about immortality. When I look at the Parliament Palace from Bucharest, Romania, built in 10 years I guarantee you that you can find there the Rea Architecture and not to forget, it's the second biggest construction on Earth after Pentagon. So, you better reconsider your strategy for this life because it can be done faster and easier.

And about your quote, I think some things are too old to apply in our era.

Often, in business, I meet competent people in their fields, yet they just don't know how to present themselves... what I mean is, that they just don't present themselves professionally. I've met people in my own field that know more than me, but yet they don't dress the part, or, perhaps their office space is still under construction... no joke.

Now sometimes, maybe they are caught up in more work than they could handle at one particular moment; but I can say from my own experience, that when you at least look the part..... even when you don't know what you should, people will still respond more positively, than if you don't look the part at all, so one should not overlook the aspect of perception in business. First impressions say a lot.

But knowing how you feel about construction workers Mr. Trump, I'm not surprised you really give them a hard time when it comes to negotiating a work price, lol... regardless of how they dress?

Whatever our occupations at this time, I believe that we must thinking about Global Warming Issue. Stop to think how to expand our business and raise prosperity with your calculations. The world is preparing into Mayday Situation! Live with moderate and keep humble as person, that is the key to be success in this recent times!

Really, the matter you have raised herein, is very interesting Mr. Trump.
As the peoples change, the positions and importance of the professions shifts also. It is depending on thousand of issues whether an occupation is on top list or at bottom. In this context, I am trying to find the real reason why the scientists and doctors have lost the respect. Possible theories, according to my personal opinion are:
1. The competition – too many scientists are today, but no proper challenge toward problematic issues is raised such Global warming;
2. Doctors are "unsuccessful" in major problematic health issues in the world such: AIDS, Cancer, Baldness, Overweight, Viruses etc.
All these unresolved issues by both categories fades the confidence of scientists and doctors toward the public. Major improvement steps are needed.

Hi Mr. Trump, this might be funny but I always wanted to be me. I never wanted and never had a boss and ended up real estate agent :) I'm happy whit what I am, even if others think it's all the way down on that ladder. But I'm free in doing what I want, the way I want. And that's the most important to me.
