Trump University’s new contest let’s you ask Donald J. Trump any question you want about success . . . and win a course from Trump University too

Thanks to all of you who have sent questions to our Chairman Donald J. Trump.

It is my duty today to tell you that this Saturday, September 15th, will be the final day to submit questions. Our judging committee will spend next week reviewing all questions and selecting the winners that will be delivered to Mr. Trump.

If you haven't heard about this contest, let me review how it works.

  • The deadline for submissions is September 15th.  That's just five days from today.

  • It’s easy! Simply submit your question as a comment to this blog post. (Click on comments in the shaded box that follows this blog post and follow the instructions.)

  • All questions will be carefully reviewed by the selection committee. We will choose 10 - and only 10 - questions that I will carry to Mr. Trump’s office in Trump Tower.

  • You can submit as many questions as you like until the September 15th deadline. But only one of your questions can be part of the final 10.

  • If your question is selected, Donald J. Trump’s answer to it will be published on this blog. In addition, each winner can select one of 15 Trump University courses as a prize. (Value up to $995; a list of courses to select will be provided to the 10 winners.)

Just remember to restrict your questions to success-related topics about personal achievement, real estate investing and entrepreneurship.

Now it’s your turn! Click below and ask Donald J. Trump the question that’s on your mind. We’ll be announcing the winners and posting Mr. Trump’s answers for all to read in late September.

Good luck!

Michael Sexton is President of Trump University.

After 911 2001 with tears still in my eyes today, I had a vision of a 911 NYC WTC MEMORIAL. Every year since this vision has become clearer to me.

There would be two memorial buildings - one for each tower. Each building would have a square shape with a walking ramp for each side of the original tower. Each building would be similar to the new Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield Mass. There would be pictures on the wall of the lost ones by floor and office-company number. For each company there would be picture album at its position in the tower. There would be two elevators with glass sides on all 4 sides that would take visitors to the top of each building so they could walk down. The elevator would have several stops on the way down to assist visitors so visitors could stop at a respective upper building floors and companies. The middle and lower level floors where there was much less loss of life could be combined. At the base of each building would be a lobby dedicated to the fallen first responders and a videos that could be viewed by company and or floor. I can not draw this but its picture is very vivid to me. This is a building I believe Donald Trump should build.

I would rather Mr. Trump speak to me about this idea than my winning the contest. My vision for a 911 Memorial Building is more important to me.

I have had other visions which I would like Mr. Donald Trump to read at my Blog -

as he is a key part to my idea and vision for a new and diiferent direction for winning the war in Iraq and the War on Terrro

More important to me than winning the contest is haviing Donald Trump read The Candu Memo and The Candu 911 WTC NYC Memorial Memo.

I would like to ask Donald give me a personal response after he has read them. iF he does read them I think he will take action as he is integral part in each memo.

Mr Trump, you have everything that most people spend a whole working life striving for. For many of us, your life is our ideal, our sense of purpose. Can you share with us, what is your sense of purpose in your already successful and seemingly perfect life?

Dear Mr Trump, you've often taught us to "think big, live large". I consider your comeback from your early 1990's financial crisis to be the ultimate example of "think big". Can you tell us what beliefs/values sustained you during that period of your career and drove you to come back out on top?

Mr Trump : Immigrants flooding worldwide to prevent or treat the global effects on : housing education and employment so:
*Each country is a Treasure but no matter the country the Real Treasure are People.
*Fair Real Estate Development for Real Treasure Peoples
*May be the Angular Stone missing globally on the world foundation?
Questions:
1) Mr Trump, with your experience how you may explain the chaos created by man as Huge Social System failure Foreclosure phenomen you sense it earlyer : Ms Hill case , Retirement Funds and politic still forced to deal with war in place of wellbeing creation as God Father example?
2) As long we have a Planet as such a perfect Creation as Gift we are not able to preserve with help of science alone, as long that the only 2 demands the creatore has, the Knowledge Tree and THE HOME for HIM, The Choosed one! May we start the global issues by the 2nd aspèct: Home for God to respect His rest too, in our global benefit long term warranted? Why not?
Thank you!

p.s. Looking at the Statistics below, ask myself if the Statue of Liberty as symbol may enlight the proper solution or we must search for answers at the ALIVE SOURCE OF CREATION; GOD, we avoid it from too long, isn*t?

*The number of immigrants nationwide reached an all-time high of 37.5 million in 2006, affecting incomes and education levels in many cities across the country. But the effects have not been uniform& attention has been on low-skilled workers coming from Mexico. About 48 percent of Asian immigrants held at least a bachelor's degree, compared with about 11 percent of immigrants from Latin America. Among people born in the U.S., about 27 percent were college graduates."Driving this are people coming from China and India," Mather said. "They are either coming with a bachelor's degree, or they are coming with visas and getting degrees once they arrive."At the other end of the spectrum, 47 percent of adult immigrants from Latin America lacked a high school diploma, compared with 16 percent of Asian immigrants and 13 percent of people born in the U.S.But we have 10 million immigrants from Asia, a number that's growing."The Census Bureau on Wednesday released a host of demographic data about the nation, including statistics on immigration, housing, education and employment*..e.s.o

What's your balance or tie-breaking decision between trusting your gut instinct and relying on data analysis and reports when making real estate valuation and investment decisions? How do you tune out the "noise of numbers"?

Hello Mr. Trump. What a pleasure to find your University.

I'd be interested to know if you separate your investments into separate corporate entities for asset protection.

For example, with a casino, do you have the land, building, and management in three separate corporations?

Corp. A (management) leases the building from Corp. B.

Corp. B leases the land from Corp. C.

This way, if one of the corporations get into trouble, the other two are protected and you don't lose the whole investment.

I look forward to your response.

What is the best and wise thing to do for a man who doesn't have neither money nor any kind of education whatsoever though he can read and write and count?

What would be - in one word -the advice you would give to a guy of that kind who's coming to you so you could guide him towards the right path?

Dear Mr. Trump,

Thank you for the chance to ask you a question.

One of your finest qualities is that unshakeable confidence you radiate about your abilities and decisions. And so, on the occasion you discover you made a mistake--a big one, let's say--what do you say to yourself that keeps that fabulous certainty and confidence as strong as ever?

Thank you, sir; I appreciate your time and example.

One particular realestate coach comes to mind. He says that ,if you can't be successful in realestate without using your own money, then you can't be successful in realestate using your own money. Do you agree with this?

Mr. Trump: Everybody knows how important entrepreneurship is for the economy in general, but I would like to hear what do you think of intrepreneurship in your companies ? Does it exist ? If it does, do you think it helps you to get in to better results? How do you encourage your employees to be intrepreneurs?
In apprentice you have described many times important features for your employees, but you haven´t mentioned intrepreneurship.

I look forward to your response.

I am a college student and about to graduate in the spring of 2008. My father and I have started to get into real estate investing in the last 2 years. As a college student I have relatively little income and it is hard to get qualified for mortgages for investing purposes.
My question is: Is there a certain starting point for low income, college individuals(or not), living in the Midwest, to get started in the real estate market, and especially with the cool down in the R.E. market?

And after he climbs out of the pit steps into the trap he had set before he started running in the first place. Having said that my question is about "adversity". Dear Mr. Trump,

I'm very excited that I found your this blog!!! I have to say I admire you a lot and are very happy to ask you a couple of questions:

1. I'm from Mexico. Do you think your advise applies to people living in a different cultural environment? in other words, Does success depends on cultural, social and political circumstances?

2. I work with and for NGO's. I usually think they should have more a business-like mind set in order to succeed. Do you agree?

3. I've often heard that women are more responsible than men when it comes to their job, because no matter what (children, hangover, or else), they show up every time (A Canadian bank in Mexico has hired a lot of women based on that very assumption). Do you agree? Do you think there are significant differences as to work performance concerns between us?

Thanks a lot!!!

Hi Mr. Trump,

I am a college student just getting started in real estate investing. I live in the Midwest and have been hearing about the so called cool down. Is the cool down just some echoing chatter form the east and west coasts or does it also apply to the Midwest (Minnesota and South Dakota specifically in my case). I have heard mixed opinions about the Midwest market, some say it is very stable and others say it is the worsed year in decades. This makes it very hard for individuals like myself to gain convidence to enter into the market and begin the exciting journey of real estate investing.

I want to hear from a very successful real estate investor, yourself, what the market is actually doing in the variety of regions in the U.S., and if there are any secrets to surviving this market or in my case entering into it with little income?

Thank you very much!!!

Good evening Mr. Trump & Michael Sexton,

I am currently educating myself in Real Estate so I can implement to many of our new generation children coming up in this day and age, we should really focus on them so they become achievers and leaders.

I have a friend his name is David Fowler Jr. he is eleven years old and wants to become class president, he feels that his school is extremely boring and is not challenging enough for him. They performed the same simple tasks everyday and he wants to make a change.

David like many of our children is a prime example. Do you know and I’m sure you have ponder a bit, if not please take this time to do so?.

There is something about him and all the children around, they learn pretty fast, they always asks lots of questions and they are not fearful.
They love taking chances.

With the Knowledge and the Education that proceeds by Action on how we can mold the little people into Great Believer’s!

I truly and wholeheartlily believe it starts at a very young age. We tend to pose the question. What do you want to be when you grow up? The answers are not like the answers 10 years ago or more.

The children of today absorb so much more, learn faster, so do you believe that we can give them roadmap to their success? It is possible and I would like to embedded in each and everyone one of them, from every crawl/walk of life.

They are our future and we should guide them, don’t you both agree? Think about the school system, where is is now and where is it headed.

I am pondering a bit …build many schools for children to educate them, to inspire them, to see them prosper. I would love to call it the:

Trump Young Achievers Academy
Trump Elementary School for Innovators
Trump High School for Business, Real Estate & Entrepreneurship

Or maybe even have Donald Trump classes in all schools.

Remember the little fellow that came upon stage at the Philadelphia Convention Center to ask you a question Mr. Trump, How did it make you feel? (SMILE) .That's what I am speaking about.

In the mind, children are becoming educators & investors one day at a time.

Please share your thoughts on my vision, my dream for everyone.

Thank you both Mr. Donald Trump & Micheal Sexton

Thanks for reading!

Have a Good Night!

1. The most basic quality to have in order to achieve success, I believe, is motivation. Because without desiring success, we won't really give the necessary time and effort. What is your advice as far as creating, maintaining and increasing a person's motivation, especially at times when we are still figuring out a purpose for our whole life?

2. If not yet found, how can we decide what job or business or career is right for us?

3. I can't forget this piece of wisdom, "Life is short, but days are long". Do you think we can use this fact to create a plan and lifestyle for success?

4. I am an immigrant who am still having to work for a living, and do jobs that are far less that what I know I can do and achieve. in my home country, good jobs almost always came to me. Here I am still having difficulty even having a reasonable job for my potential, which causes frustration and down moments. What is your advice to someone who immigrated to this country for more freedom and self-actualization but who is still stuck with unsatisfying sources of income?

Thanks very much.

I've recently started in a new profession as a financial advisor. I'm so overwhelmed by all the new information that is coming my way. How can I really sit down and organize my thoughts to create my empire just like you, Mr. Trump? I've done alot of thinking, reading (currently Trump University Entrepreneurship 101), writing and listening to audio CDs in my university on wheels (car). Four people who really get me moving forward in my path to success are you, Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins & Brian Tracy. With the exception of committing to never giving up, How do I know that I'm doing the right thing or that I'm on the right path? Is it possible to know? I think Trump Style "Big", I study real estate, & I practice CANI (constant & never-ending improvement). I'm in a positive lifestyle and environment. My wife & loving son are behind me 100%. Is it possible to know, or feel, or to be certain that success of health, family, love & wealth (in that order for me) will be in my family's future. When you were converting the Commodore Hotel over to the Hyatt, what was going on in your mind? Was it certainty, confindence, risk or unknown but well researched that keep you going each day? How did you or did you know that success was in you future? Did you program your mind to be certain that you wouldn't fail? Is there some answer that can sum up all the questions I've asked? If anyone can answer these questions, I believe it is you Mr. Trump. I know you are the one because for you to walk in the pouring rain at 3am one night & for you to be where you are in the world today is probably one of the biggest successes of all time. A reporter once asked Henry Ford what would happen if he ever lost all his money? He said he would make it back all again! However, he never had to do it in his life time......you did!

Thank you for your much committed time to other people's success & I will shake your hand one day at the top!

The questions:

1. If everyone wanted so hard to be successful in their life, still why so many people aren't successful enough to be labeled as a successful person ?

2. If everyone is standing out of the crowd, will a person not standing out be called outstanding?

3. Does enjoy = rich? or Rich = enjoy?

4. How to be a money maker?

the end.......thanks

MR.Trump

knowing that the federal reserve bank is an institution owned by private individuals, who have tremendous control over the economy and stock market, is there any any any safe place to invest ones money, bearing in mind that, almost all industry is easily manipulated, by these "families?",

how do you personally make sure that you're money is "safe" from outside control external factors?, with the recent and very slump in the housing market in America is this "theory" proven to be somewhat true personally believe it was a carefully planned and event that was implemented to benefit few people in power.

What is your personal opinion in this matter?

i am sixteen years old and my father gave me a sum of money, and I recently bought some stocks, and I am know very confused and undecided with what to do with it.

in your view what is the safest places, and why to invest money or even time!?

[-] Posted by member1644203 on 09/13/2007 12:10 PM
Dear Mr. Trump,

How does one get a "Trump Tower" in their city?

Maybe you could incorporate this into The Apprentice show or possibly your new Monopoly game show?!?!?!

The contestants would represent their city/state, similar to The Miss America contest. Not only would they need to sell themselves to you, they would have the great task of proving why their city/state is deserving of a Trump Tower and benefits that would result.

Moreover, each contestant would be responsible for projecting how this would benefit you and your organization as well.

Please consider running this by Mr. Burnett. I am confident this type of show would dramatically increase the type and number of viewers by expanding the interest to not only entrepreneurs and business people in general, but to so many others who are simply fans of their city and or state, just like in professional sports. Not only do I think this could be entertaining, I believe it would raise economic awareness and provide the needed exposure to help create a more prosperous future for many cities. I am confident that you are the only person capable of impacting our nations economy in this way!

What do you think?

Kind regards,

Laurie

THE PROBLEM. One in five people in America speaks a foreign language at home. English is difficult and can take years to learn. The problem of a growing non-English speaking population presents challenges to businesses, law enforcement, health care providers, school districts and society in general.

MY SOLUTION. I created Amehrihkn to be a foreign-friendly version of English. There would be less resistance to learning this language because foreigners will find it easier and quicker to learn than English while native English speakers will also find it easy because it is quite similar.

THE GOAL. I want people to learn Amehrihkn in addition to their native language in order to simplify communication between us.

THE QUESTION. How do I bring all of this together to accomplish my goal?

I have read some of its books and are very good, and I thank to share the experiences that you have had in his enterprise life.

In one of them you indicate that thanks to the advice of his father she began in the enterprise life, but I as well teach to see minimum detail the things to him and you were generated your own criterion and logic to get to be multimillionaire, within it which would be the advice and process that you would give a person to get to be Multimillionaire like you or to as well get to surpass it?

Beforehand I am thankful for its spent time and I am awaiting its answer.

Dear Mr. Trump.

Thank you for all your kindness and education. It would be an honor to submit questions to you personally and to listen to your views in the Trump University blog. We hope to hear from the Trump University, it's faculty with Chairman Mr. Donald J. Trump.

We submit the following three questions:

1. Is the "America We Deserve" on the right path for its academic achievements? Please explain.

2. Entrepreneurs need true endurance and leadership. What other competitive edge would you admire in the marketplace?

3. How do you perceive the real-estate market in Las-Vegas, NV. as compared to other parts of the USA regarding Trump Towers.

We thank Trump University for this opportunity. And we wish Trump University all the best in future academics. Again thank you.

Mr. Trump,

How do you get a new idea to catch on to the general public? My father always told me it is not what you know but who you know. I think that is true. I have one really great idea with several samples. At one point Barnes and Nobles was interested in purchasing some product but sent me to their distributor that turned it down. I am just an ordinary person and lack the contacts. Mr. Trump when you pick up the phone everyone jumps. You are so powerful and I admire you for that. Please help me with your wisdom on execution-- it has been almost 5 years and one divorce. I contacted Staples, Office Max, Crane Co., Barnes and Nobles, Barnes and Nobles Booksellers, Taylor Corporation, InterArt Distribution etc... I know you would be highly impressed. Give me 5 minutes to pitch my idea and then tell me what class would benefit me the most. Thanks for your time.

Dear Mr. Trump:

Would you say that these are accurate steps & measures to take when we want to achieve success or any major goals in life:

1) Find a mission or goal.

2) Find passion & desire in your goal

3) Study & Research your goal for feasibility.

4) Decide to "never, never, never, never ever give up" Winston Churchill.

5) Create a game plan, steps toward the goal (business plan or written down in a success journal).

6) Outline all the risks involved with your goal.

7) Determine all the different mini missions & obstacles within your goal.

8) Set a reasonable deadline & mini deadlines to achieve your goal & to conquer your obstacles & mini deadlines. Create a reward to obtain when you achieve your goal.

9) Start immediately doing something that is big or small towards your goal.

10) Create your team

11) Record your progress at each step.

12) "CANI (Constant And Never-ending Improvement)" towards your goal. Thank you Tony Robbins!

13) Achieve your goal & Reep the rewards.

14) Look back and Learn from any mistakes.

15) Start over with step one.

Mr. Trump,

Would you say I have a great understanding about achieving my own goals? Do you think I'm missing any important steps along the way? Could you please add any steps that you think might improve my list?

I know that you have said many times that people think you act fast, only to find out in reality that you have spent hours behind the scenes researching & preparing for every negotiation & step along the way. I want to ensure that I can do the same. This list is an important factor in my preparation and if you could fine tune it, it would be an honor, Mr. Trump.

I look forward to meeting you some day! Maybe at the Mar-A-Lago Club or in your office at Trump Tower. I know you are a decent, respectable & generous business man & you are always looking to give back & improve the world.

Thank you very much for your time,

Dear Mr. Trump:

I'm looking for my very first real estate venture. I've found a building that reminds me alot of how you seem to like your buildings when you first acquire them. This building is situated in Canada. It is 45 minutes outside of a city of 1 million and growing. In this particular area a trend has been happening for many years. Many people are moving outside of the city as far as 45 minutes to take advantage of the lower taxes, less crime & bigger square footage that you would receive rather if you were in the city. In fact, a lot of the migration (however, very low compared to a city) is due to this factor. The building is an old run down hospital that has been out of commision for years and it is an eye sore. Windows are broken & doors are boarded, if you know what I mean. The town's population is 10,000. Two major companies have decided to vacate the town within 1 to 2 years. Probably taking 800 jobs with them. 300 hundred of those job hunters have probably found other work. The building is a 3 storey, well sound building that renovations and money could fix. I'm guessing there would be enough for 40 three bedroom suites in the building. Lots of land surrounding the old hospital. It is surrounded by residential zoning & an elementary school is one block away. It is situated 3 blocks from the town's downtown core. The town council has been known to be difficult. Converting all to residential with all the amenities, creating an above average residential condo complex would be my idea. The target would be commuters from the city. My second idea would be converting to office & commercial space.

Is this a great place to start a trend and rely on the growth from the city? Only 20 minutes away, another town has just approved 600 new homes. The town this building is in is working on about 200 new homes. There are very few condo projects around. New businesses have formed in this town. There is growth & some fundamentals but the town certainly doesn't fall into the top 10 towns to invest in. However, the city of one million is in the top ten places to invest in.

What is your idea or impression of this situation? Can you offer any advise?

Thank you very much for your time,

Stephen M. Coon

Hi Donald, I'm a systems engineer from Argentina. After graduating I took interest in businesses and I've read from Drucker, to peters, to you, to kiyosaki, Wise, Goldratt, from Clason to Maquiavelis, to Sun tzu, Mandigno, Carnegie, you name it. I read a lot on management, negotiation, sales, etc.

I think big, I'm creative always thinking in WOW projects, always exploring and innovating but altough I consider myself a winner (because 7 years ago I was sleeping in a bench and now I'm a professional who runs his own businesses) I always seem to run out of gas, I start a project and in the middle I start to slow down, that's problem number 1, what do you think?is that normal?how do you avoid that? (I like to switch from project to project to keep the momentum and If I stuck I loose my focus).

The second question, this can go separate or whatever you Trump Universities teachers think, I have a hard time trying to negotiate deals, mostly because I have problems ringing my own horn (coming from Tech is hard not to be low profile), always afraid of what people might think and trying not sound pedantic or something like that. This usually slows me down at crunch time when it's time to make a deal, I tend to shrink, how can I avoid this? I refuse to believe that I'm only useful for tech and not business.

The third one, sometimes I loose eficiency, I'm working, paying attention to mail, phone, someone talking to me, etc. How do you stay focus when you're at work? It's almost impossible, I've read lots of efficiency books, from Covey to Tracy, nothing seems to be able to fit, right now I feel I'm loosing eficiency because I'm writing this instead of being working, how can you avoid all that?how to balance the time in networking, project management, creative thinking, dealing with customers, etc.?

I don't care much about the price (it would be great) but just having my questions answered by Donald is more than enough (The Donald, not someone else, please don't do that I'd preffer not having them answer instead of someone else answering whatever comes to mind).

I know that with your answers I can do 100 times better than what I'm doing now, help a friend, maybe in 10 years will be playing golf together.

Hello,

What will you choose for an executive position: a street smart or a book smart person?

Please answer also to the following question:

What if you would have the possibility to hire also a street smart with diploma (book smart)? Will you do it?

Dear Mr. Trump,

Here's my second set of questions:

When my first boss hired me, I asked about the schedule and he said: "I don't know. You can be here 8 hours and do nothing, or be here 3 and get everything done. It's up to you".

1. Do you think businesses should focus on employee's performance rather than they covering an 8 hour work-day?
2. Do you agree that, with all the technology available to us at the moment, people could work from their homes, saving a lot of time and stress from the traffic in the big cities, and therefore leading more productive, happier and healthier lives?
3. Is the working schedule a good incentive for workers? If so, how can we make the most of it?

Thanks again!!

Nadia

Dear Mr. Trump:

This question is a short one compared to my other questions posted earlier. Thank You in advance for taking the time to read & help other people succeed. I hope one day I will be called upon to help others.

When you dream, think big & envision your goals, How long do you think? Do you think by yourself, with your team or a combination of both? What is your process that you go through to plan, prepare & envision?

Also, out of all your past projects, how different were you with your envision compared to what your project actually turned out to become? Do you ever change your plans after the building has commenced? Is it detrimental to change minor or major plans during your construction? Should all avenues be researched so that every possible risk & problem be brought forward at the beginning?

Thank You & Best Regards,

Mr. Trump-

You talk about "The Power Of Positive Thinking". How do you handle potential set backs in business such as the loss of a major account or a department in your firm not beating their goals? How would you handle situations such as those in a "positive manner"?

Mr Trump:

I have recently read the book you have co-authired with Mr. Robert Kiyosaki, and you have mentioned there that during the time when even the news has been talking about the financial crisis that Trump Corporation was having, you refused to believe in it and that after that you were able to rise above the crisis richer. I myself am torn into my employee state as a district manager in sales and starting my own business, as days go by, I find myself determined even so to do it and yet ironically, the more determined I get, the risks and the adjustment from a sure monthly salary to an inconsistent income is also becoming vivid.

I would like to know how you have maintained the energy and focus in finishing what you have started although the environment had a way of telling that it is almost impossible to do it according to the timeline you have set?

I am from the Philippines and most have mentioned that India and China will bring about the rise of the pacific rim, in such case what business or industry should I be involved in that will be in great demand for the boom of business in Asia?

I look forward to your response!

Best regards,

Dear Mr. Trump,

When dealing with a difficult client, I understand how important it is to do one's best to assure their satisfaction. However, If a customer constantly complains about everything and attempts to negotiate every price, I sometimes feel that the time and energy spent to assure this type of customer's satisfaction is not worth it.

I really don't understand why these customers return when they continue to complain about my products and services to anyone who will listen. In your opinion, is it best to scare this type of customer away with bad service to be rid of them once and for all? They may be furious at first, but the complaining will eventually stop and they will find a new vendor to harass, rather than perpetually bad-mouthing my business.

What do you think? Thanks!

Dear Mr. Trump,

If I were hired into your organization by one of your managers, where should my loyalty lie-with you, the owner, or the manager who hired me?

This is a case where the manager is not performing up to par and I feel that the owner should know, but I am torn, because the manager hired me from a large group of applicants. I tend to lean towards the person who signs my pay check, but I know this manager will campaign against me if I make waves.

What do you say? Thanks!

Mr Trump,

Development is needet globally but to ensure stability of markets, what is missing? Let*s see with your permission The Angular Stone as a Holy Bible poem:

Here is the spring where waters flow, (Isa. 12:3 and 49:10; Rom. 5:16 and 6:17)
to quench our heat of sin:
Here is the tree where truth doth grow, ( Jer. 33:15 and Ps. 119:160)
to lead our lives therein:
Here is the judge that stints the strife, (Rev. 2:7 and 22:2; Ps. 119:142,144)
when men’s devices fail:
Here is the bread that feeds the life, ( John 6:35)
that death cannot assail.
The tidings of salvation dear, (Luke 2:10)
comes to our ears from hence:
The fortress of our faith is here, (Eph. 6:16)
and shield of our defense.
Then be not like the hog that hath (Matt. 7:6)
a pearl at his desire,
And takes more pleasure in the trough (2 Pet. 2:22)
and wallowing in the mire.
Read not this book in any case, (Matt. 6:22)
but with a single eye:
Read not but first desire God’s grace, (Ps. 119:27,73)
to understand thereby.
Pray still in faith with this respect, ( Jude 20)
to fructify therein,
That knowledge may bring this effect, (Ps. 119:11)
to mortify thy sin.
Then happy thou in all thy life, ( Josh. 1:8)
what so to thee befalls.
Yea, double happy shalt thou be, (Ps. 1:12; 94:12,13)
when God by death thee calls.

As political scene looks like now, is hard needet that Change with Truth in the place.
Best Wishes
Daniela

Success can be achived in multiple ways and it depends a lot on the people we have known before we attained succes and on the people we have met during our pursuit for personal achievement. It is widely approved that the main purpose of school is to educate. What can in fact be considered a school has changed in modern times. Far from the notion of the traditional schools, we now have online schools, and Trump University is a very good example of a modern school. But the traditional school also had another purpose, I think. Socialisation. The student were able to socialise with each other and with their teachers and viceversa, face to face. In a modern school like Trump Uniersity, I believe that human contact is missing and that might prove to be a great lose.
Do you, Mister Trump, also think that a school should not only educate in terms of knowledge, but also provide a comfortable environment for experience exchange and socialisation? And if so, how can an institution like Trump University provide it?

Hello Mr. Trump and Mr. Sexton,

First of all, I’d like to thank you for the opportunity to address Mr. Trump a question and to learn something from his experience.

My favorite quote, from all times, is something Mr. Trump said: "Without passion, you don't have energy; without energy, you have nothing. Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion."

Myself, I really like my job, I'm putting my heart into it, and I consider the words above my motto. I truly believe that without being passionate about what you do, you will never be successful.

But what happens when you loose your passion? Even for a short time.
I’m sure that you Mr. Trump, like every other person, had moments when for some reason you found yourself surrounded by negative thoughts, or you were just simply too tired and couldn’t find the strength to wake up in the morning and think about the great day to come when you can accomplish so many things.

How did you get you passion back?

I’m looking forward for your answer.
Thank you,
RL

Dear Mr. Trump:

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to ask you questions.

I have read several of your books. I am truly impressed with your achievements. You stated in one of your books: "The people who work for me know that the positive enthusiastic individual you see on television and in the media isn't a facade. I really am that way, from inside out." You also said "My energy and positive attitude become contagious. People work enthusiastically, tirelessly, and determinedly and do terrific jobs." Now is the presidential campaign season. The stereotype of the politicians is that they make promises that they do not keep. My question for you is whether you want to run for president because you are the only possible person who would have positive leadership upon our nation's economy. You and the political team you select to work for you would truly do an excellent job for the country.

My second question is: How can I guide my daughter who is a Yale University student to prepare her to use her academic knowledge in the real world? Is it a good idea for me to purchase Trump University Advantage Club membership as a gift for her? How can this be done?

Thank you for your time and response.

Sincerely,

Lily Liebling

Mr. Trump,
My questions are:
1) How would you divide 100% of a company's resources and efforts into innovation (including R&D), HR (talent search and development), marketing, and operations.

2) When a "golden opportunity" is found by one of your companies, but it does not have all the money required in order to take advantage of it. Would you rather invite investors or look for money elsewhere (loans, government, future customers, etc)?

3) If one of your companies' most emblematic competitor becomes vulnerable and tries to sell to or ally with you. How would you decide whether to to buy or attack?

Hello Mr. Trump,

I have often heard things like 'networking is very important' and 'it is important to build relationships'. Does that mean that if there are people you deal with that you actually do like, you should foster a real friendship with them? This could be other business people, clients, and suppliers. Or are you better off keeping your business life separate from your personal life? What positions you better over the long term?

I am not asking if you should get into business with friends. I am asking if you should make friends with people that you are in business with, when the chemistry is naturally present of course. In other words, from an entrepreneur's standpoint, what would you say is Good 'networking'?

Hello Mr. Trump,

In business it is important to do what you love to do, and are an expert at. After you already build a successful company in the field you are passionate and experienced in, how do you diversify and start new businesses in completely different fields? You can buy an existing business in a different field that has potential, but you are not the expert in that field, and it may not even be a passion, so how can you succeed? Like when you bought Trump Airlines, you didn't have a stitch of airline business experience, and I doubt you are even that passionate about running an airline, (who would be?) so how do you make a success out of that scenario?

Dear Mr. Trump

I am an entrepreneur and a businessman from Israel, i had my share of success and my share of losses (although i hate losses), i have a well known business that provides venture capital & business opportunities broker services & services for investors who want to invest in Israel.

Until now i was dealing with small deals (up to 25 million USD), and i want to get into the big leagues. it is my life dream to get into the brokering business with the billionaires of Israel, and to earn my commissions on billions dollars worth a deals.
and to have my own deals (i want to start an international holding's company in the close future)

i need one thing... contacts!
i read all of your books (although they cannot be found in the Hebrew language, besides one), and i owe a big part of my success to you (i'll remember to send you a letter when i make my first billion).

i need to make contacts with billionaires and multi-millionaires from all over the world, in order for me to get closer to the "inner circle" of the major leagues of this cruel business (in Israel, the brokering business, especially business brokering, and especially billions and multi-millions dollars deals brokering business is a very cruel business - which is why i like it so much)

plus, i have big projects coming up, and i need support from billionaires and multi-millionaires.

what advice will you give me, regarding my new challenge?
how to i get closer to the people that rules the major leagues?
in other words, how do i promote myself, the way you promoted yourself? (like you told on the art of the deal)

Mr Trump,

I am a "Handwriting Analyst" and would consider myself extremely lucky if I could see your handwriting so that everyone can have a precise description about the personality traits you possess which drives you to be so successful.

Handwriting analysis is a science of looking at a person's personality (including fears, defenses, intelligence, confidence, etc) through his/her handwriting. It is much more accurate than psychology, etc.

Your sharp pointed m's and n's show very quick decision making. Also, it is penetrating into upper zones showing that if something interests you, he personally investigate with enthusiasm. "T" bars crossed at the top shows very good vision and to increase more enthusiasm and energy, make it extra long (horizontally)!!

Sometimes you would not listen to things which dosen't interest you and this may result to a little bit of narrow mindedness. So, If you increase the loop in your "e", that would add up to your broadmindedness, thus, increasing more and more success!!!

I would suggest if you start underlining your signatures, it would increase the boldness and self confidence to extremely high levels (multiplying effect).

You can use this science, as a part of recruitment process, to hire people with better personality (and can avoid negative personality traits). More than 80% of companies in Europe take help of Handwriting analysts to hire top management people!!!

For more details on handwriting analysis, you may check out my blog http://handwritingwithkaran.blogspot.com )

A Request : I saw your courses and was observing that most are online courses. Also, there are so many of them that it creates a little confusion which one to go for. If you come up with "All Included - The Ultimate One" package, that would be of extreme help for millions of your followers. Since, I live in India, it is a little difficult to study all your courses. Is there any way to learn from here?

We need a REAL investigation in to what happened on 9/11/2001. You are one man who is not intimidated by the liars in power in Washington. Please have your webmaster transfer ownership to you of these domain names which will help integrated the hundreds of web sites demanding to know what happened. You know office building and construction. You have seen controlled demolition, and that it looks very fishy and like World Trade Centers 1, 2, and 7 (which was not even hit by a plane). You know Silverstein, and probably wondered why he would buy a 40 year old building with asbestos problems and take out a 3.5 billion insurance policy weeks before the "surprise" attack by terrorists. You know that sulfur and thermate residue and angular cuts in steel beams means that explosives were involved. You know that Bush's 9/11 Commission would not investigate possible involvement by Government staff. Only a privately commissioned study can get to the truth. The Trump 911 Commission Report will probably be read by more people than Bush's self-serving report. Please help American get to the truth. Your domains are: www.TrumpCommission.org / com and www.Trump911Commission.org / com

Donald Trump, My grandparents were dirt poor, where my parents, and my mom's sibling did sort of a reverse mortgage to help them out just so they could buy prescriptions. Of my paternal grandparents, grandma went insane when Dad was born, and lived in an institution for 25 years, and Grandpa died while she was in there. My father died when I was eight. My mother promised that we would never go without, and raised all five of us well, on what she could. She built herself up from nothing, and has a couple of rentals. I have seen her build herself, and that has inspired me. If you were to look at me you would see a fake. If my peers were to look at me, they would see someone exceptional. I am trying to be more, and become more. I just don't know how to do it. I am mother who believes it so very important to stay at home and raise my family. Though my oldest is 23, my younger three are eight and under. My husband's parents are living on Social Security, and a side job once in a while, even though he is in his seventies. My husband is in construction, and there is no reitrement, 401 K or anything of the sort. I never went to college. I don't know stocks, or bonds, or have any sort of a financial education. I do have one rental, and some land I invested in. I read a lot, and listen to Success tapes, but in a world of enormous knowledge and opportunites, I am missing a link from where I am to where I want to be. I read your book 'How to become a bilionaire' , and I read how you went around your father. I have seen you build yourself into who you are today, and I would ask you, where is the smartest place for me to put my energies? Thanks,

My only question is How can a simple guy like me be someone who is better than me, stronger than me, more mental power than me...if iam weaker than him? or why is it so hard for the rich to go to heaven if the rch donates more than the poor?

Dear Mr. Trump,

Can you please tell me what I can do to stand out on my resume' since I have not yet completed my bachelors degree? I have great real life experience, I am a hard worker, a very quick learner, and an extremely personable individual who would love to work for the best. "YOU!" I am currently in the process of finishing my degree. I feel that if you are working with the right individuals, you will gain knowledge that will never be attainable through a text book or classroom. I am sure that many people who send you their resume' list qualities such as motivated, driven, success oriented, team player, etc. But what is the one thing that stands out most in your mind when searching for a potential employee?

I am sure that if you met me without seeing my resume' you would see that I have qualities that you would be impressed with and I would fit well within your organization.

Oh, and did I mention that my grandmother, Martha Riecker, use to watch you when you went on trips with your dad to Jamaica Hospital. She was the switchborad attendant there for many years. She said that your dad would leave you with her if he had to see a patient or attend a meeting.

Thank you for taking the time to read my comments/questions.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Glass

I like to think BIG. I always have. I have invested in a coaching program, read numerous books, listened to CDs, read the RE sections in local papers, watched the news, read the articles at the Trump website and I have a real estate mentor, my Uncle. I have immersed myself in learning the real estate game for about a year, and now I'm ready to get out there.

During the summer my husband and I began to look at investment properties. All of them were multi-unit properties that appeared to be good investments but when I worked the numbers the cash flow was under three hundred dollars net. Not worth it? Remember, I think BIG. I'm thinking at least a thousand or more net to begin our journey in investing. Am I dreaming? My uncle says sit tight because of where we live which happens to be Michigan, and see what the foreclosure crisis does to the economy. Words I did not want to hear.

Now I am confused because one person says now is the time, and stay close to home with your first investment, and the other says sit tight. The Michigan market appears to be unstable. Many rent/lease signs on buildlings, layoffs and the automotive issues the state faces. Should I wait it out like he says? Look out of state for property? Not what I really want to do with my first BIG purchase. I need some advice.

Thank you,
L.G.
