If you want to improve morale around the office, start cursing.
According to a study by British researchers, regular swearing at work can help boost team spirit among staff members. It’ll help them express their feelings and it’ll help develop better social relationships.
The key is knowing when such language is appropriate and when to watch what you say.
For example, you probably shouldn’t let loose with profanity in front of senior executives or customers. But a few choice four-letter words can help foster solidarity among employees, especially when you’re expressing frustration or stress.
The study also found that swearing is becoming more common as traditional taboos are broken down and people are becoming more accepting of colorful language at work.
So, curse if you feel like it. It could help your career a hell of a lot.

The best way to ''get out of the Flow.''
My experience.
Ina Matijevic
I get my Idea a year ago to bring some foreighn brand. I do my research, I take a partnerships, everybody exited & trust me. we do market research and all of us is happy with the result, we build a business plan, and evrything.
we start a preparations, & it was already more then a year since the first time I found this product, but there is always not perfect, we always found more preparations to solve. in the end we found out that we don't have enough money to pay the capable professionals to do some details stuff.
we can't move cause we're like a sniper who only have one bullet, if we miss we'll lost a lifetime opportunity.
we're frustated, we're almost give up. we put a deadline and deadline, but never fulfill it. I was shame to people who trust me, also I almost run out my cash.
I know it's not the right time to ask this question, but can U at least share us your wisdom, say something to help us. I don't want to quit but I have to if all my partners leave me. the deadline is close, please say something
thanx Huang

Those that may be surprised by your comments here, have obviously never heard you speak live before for Bill Zanker. First off, thank you for the informative speech you gave last week in New York... the way I was taking notes, you may have even thought I was one of those "nasty reporters," as you put it, lol. The one thing that stands out in my mind, is the comment you made about the current real estate market, and how homeowners and the banks are both in trouble right now because of the rising interest rates. You said, "in business, try to have certainty." Words to live by Mr. Trump. This would be the 2nd time I've seen you speak live, and truly, it does seem you are offering up some of your most guarded secrets to success... how success starts with a specific mindset. It would surprise many, that they paid you $1.5 million for a 2 hr. speech.. but few would argue that you've got the magic touch.
I actually sat in on Don Jr.'s speech earlier this year in New York, on real estate investing, and he taught me something, that could well be considered common knowledge, yet, I see so few people actually practice it: he said, "when it comes to business, you have to take it seriously." There is something about maintaining professionalism.. there is something about the way you act in business, that tends to drive people to respond more positively. If you want to get the best out of people, I'd say dictate the tempo by being professional and others will fall into place.

Ok, dadgumit, I have to vent here. Since I was 13, I have written 29 song lyrics, including one inspired by Donald Trump, and 5 poems, one of which has been published and won the editor's choice award. My English and music professors have praised my use of language and my writing skills, but even they curse sometimes and often look the other way when I say some choice words. We are all adults, and we all know that sometimes in the heat of frustration, nothing works better than letting loose some colorful language.

The only curse I hear at work is, "get back to work!"
