To make 2008 your most successful year ever . . . Think big!
When you were a child, would you have liked to keep crawling, when everyone else was walking? I don’t think so.
We all have to start with small steps, but the point is:
Get to the biggest steps you’re capable of taking.
Thinking small will limit your potential. Thinking big will take you places. Thinking big can get you to the top, and I can tell you, it’s not lonely up here.
Successful people like challenges. It’s our nature. Keep in sync with this basic premise, and you’ll begin moving forward with the momentum necessary for great achievement.
Striving from an early age is one secret to success. I learned to work hard from an early age, trying to catch up with my father who was a very successful developer. But you can keep striving no matter what your age or accomplishments.
These three concepts will guide you:

Thank you for all that you do, in helping to build a better Universe!
Thank you so very much for showing all of us to think Big and Positive. The problem with todays society is that people like to blame everyone else why they are not a success. We need to take charge of our own future and focus on the goal that we want to attain.
I have purchased two copies of your new book "Think Big and Kick Ass In Business and Life".
A copy of myself and one for a friend. The book is right on target with everything that you explain.
I can not think of a better example than yourself to show that thinking Big and Kicking Ass works.
The perfect example of how to promote yourself is Donald Trump! When ever your on TV, press, radio or your new magazine "TRUMP" it's always all your business ventures. Never once do you say "It's a good product, nice place etc. It's always the biggest, Best most luxurious. I thank you for your guidance and example of how be a success.

I am not sure, but I would bet money on the fact that people who get to see parents in action achieve, are more likley to achieve in life. This is not to say that you can not change your family history, orbe the first college graduate, or be the first to make it to the top of the heap, it is just to say that it is very hard to know the way, when there is nobody to "show" you the path, and in my case, I sometimes feel like I am navigating out of a genetic mixup, and I just have no idea why God was so unkind to put me in a family where there is no other artists, no value at all for the arts, no value at all for education, no value for research, it feels like I am an alien sometimes when I compare myself to my family of origin. I am really very jelous of people who have that network of support, I am confident it makes a BIG difference.
Either way, as you said, you have to look ahead, and what I don't have is not as important as what I may have, so I keep hoping that there was a mixup at the hospitial and my real family will come and find me soon- I also hope they are cultured, and educated, and I wake up everyday wishing this wish, only to find I am still just me- so in that gap, that space of what is not real, I have learned to write, and create, and this I have discovered what not some cruel act by God, but instead it was just my journey. We all have a journey, and thanks again for telling me yours. The journey of a author is not an easy road, we are a troubled group of folks most of us end up dead, drunk, or on drugs. I feel blessed to have overcome the last two, and before I do die, it is my hope to see my works manifested in print, and plays, and perhaps film.
That is a far cry from wanting to be a PTA mom of the year......(which I really was not well suited for anyway)

The Holy Grail to all of this is to overcome your fear so that once you have crafted your dream (as big as you can craft it) you have the courage to "step out of the plane" to execute. When one thinks of what can be collectively and individually accomplished if we all executed without fear and without limits, the mind is boggled at the potential.
Mr. Trump's most recent book "Think Big and Kick Ass" provides a great model for others to follow when it comes to thinking big. It is a highly recommended read if you haven't read it already.
Think big, discover your strengths and talent and fuel your passion towards greater success.
Best wishes for a phenomenal New Year to Mr. Trump and staff and to all the readers of this blog.
