Does Size Matter To You?

Another golf analogy...

I have a few buddies on the national long-drive circuit and recently went to watch an event when they came to town. As a golfer, I can’t help but be amazed at how unbelievably far these guys can hit it. They are extremely strong and surprisingly flexible. While I can’t compete with them in this arena, I can usually beat them in the root derivative of this game called golf. It seems that there is more to golf than just beating the ball as far as possible and hoping one stays on the course.

The same can be said for every business along with any real estate investing firm. When choosing a company, whether hiring them for your business or to be hired by them to gain experience, look at their overall performance and not just their size. Some companies will make their mark by promoting how big they are or how much revenue they generate but when you look closely, they have been in a decline for years due to their inability to service their customers and grow new ones.

There are plenty of small to mid-size companies who can out-perform the “big-boys” in terms of service and efficiency when helping you locate a sound investment property, so don’t be afraid to check a few references out and then go with one of them instead.

Have any readers gone through similar experiences that support this observation?

Mr. Carman, thank you so much! I was offered a job w/a pretty big player in real estate. I thought, "Yeah, these guys have been around for years - they just bought a hotel, and, they've been trying to hire me ,on & off, for the past ten years." I'm thinking, maybe I should...maybe I should.

But, then I read your post, and it gave me pause to think, "Perhaps, I should proceed with caution. Perhaps, I have a bit of due diligence to carry out!" I may not have thought otherwise, had I not read your post.

Thank you! Thank you, for making me think. Although it seems like a great offer, maybe it's not all that it's cracked up to be. Know what I mean? One must be prudent when considering a new career, and, one should not act in haste. If something seems too good to be true...and, lemme tell ya, this offer is off the charts! RIDICULOUS! YOU KNOW what I'm saying!

I really appreciate your words of wisdom! Mr. Trump is the best! He only hires the BEST! GOD BLESS AMERICA! And, GOD BLESS the TRUMP FACULTY & MR. DONALD J. TRUMP!

You guys a b rock-ing!

Hi Brett,

My name is Cheryle Gagnon. I am a Trump University Premium Member. I also enjoy golf, and can hit a golf ball amazingly far, straight, and with style. Trust me, I am "no Tiger Woods" but I understand his passion and dedication to an intelligent game.

Does size matter to Me? That depends on what is being measured. There are men who can out-perform the "big-boys" in terms of service and efficiency (and I am not afraid to check a few references out and then go with one of them) but will my investment in Time, Energy and Results be worth it?

When choosing a company, partner or friend, I look at their overall performance and not just their size.
Some men will make their mark by bragging how big they are or how much money they make but when you look closely, they aren't all they claim to be.

When I look for a sound investment property, it's not about size, but can the bills get paid, show a profit and encourage the better things in life.

Have any readers gone through similar experiences that support my point of view?

Come on Ladies, I know you have an opinion on this subject!

Should I , or Should I Not!

Goes back to Master William Shakespeare... "To Be or Not To Be."

We are not so different from our past. Decisions have always been complex, some immediate and others able to be pondered in our sweet time, yet important in our lifetime.

To wait for the world to catch up with your way of thinking, may not yield the results you want in the present. Question all aspects of the potential results, and use your BEST instincts to lead you through murky waters. Don't be the car that has to get to work on time, and risk the live's of its passengers in a conclusion that could have been avoided. Think Before You Act, Be Firm When You Move Forward, and Take a Break when you know the odds ae not in your favor.

Staying at home in a snowstorm, may be wiser than seeing if you can make it on time.

Size does matter, and the size of your brain is not always equal to the size of your desire to love and live.

somehow, try to be a good competitor because there are good and bad competitors in the market place. The good competition help their competitor to grow, but bad competitor just want to kill their competitors.
