Think Green and Make Green

I am always trying to think outside “the box” in an effort to distinguish myself and services from everyone else’s in this 2 million-horse town. It requires some serious disposable time in order to be able to accomplish this and with three kids under the age of six and it is not something I have a lot of. An area I think we should all be focusing on is how we can have progress in both our personal and professional lives while being mindful of the environment. It sounds cliché, but since going “green” is the “IN” thing, there has never been more financial incentive to create more eco-friendly ways of doing things.

Even if you are “AL-GORE-aphobic”, you can’t argue about the scientifically proven effects of global warming that he has been able to bring to the forefront. I read an article in the Wall Street Journal about developers who are transplanting “tear-down” houses and creating entire neighborhoods out of these “re-cycled” homes. Rather than “scraping” these lots and paying to do so, they can receive significant tax credits and have the lot’s cleared for free by the developer/builder in the new community.

It’s brilliant, really! I live in an area of significantly historical and charming homes which are being demolished every day. While I miss the cottages, I also understand about how difficult it is to sell a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in a family-type community where the average family is over 4. Lots here can rarely be found for under $300k and it makes sense to build something more relevant.

So, with this in mind, think about what you can create in terms of value for an income producing property while keeping environmentally “green-minded”. Do this, and you may be the next real estate tycoon in your city or town.

What are some other ways you have heard of that people are capitalizing on the “Green-scene”?

Since it seems evident at least to me, that there will be "income producing farms" or commercial property that is zoned for farming that will be in abundance in a market like we presently have, then I would take the income producing property that is essential to farming, and explore the potential of the massive amount of market research that could then take place in any given situation where lack of land or space is the problem. Some of the market research that I believe is imperative at this time in our economy is to focus our attention on marketing, and packaging products at the same cost if not less than we can buy them from over seas. I would focus my attention on those products and goods that are sensitive to needs of consumers in the age of bio-weapons, and produce products and research that is an actual solution that would have us prepared in the event of an actual bio attract- but I would not limit in scope to using commercial property to prepare us for the actual threats we face, I would also take full advantage of the exception status of all the farm equipment at each property I acquired and I would put it to use in other markets where farming equipment is hard to come by. Then I would acquire fishing boats, which are essential to capture fish, and I would encourage more people to eat fish and less of the meat products we are getting from the commercial cow farms that are feeding our cattle recycled petroleum in one form or another. Finally, since I would have all this land I would put big tanks under ground and I would bring all the used cooking oil I could find to my commercial income producing property that I got a big tax break on because it was not growing crops, but rather it was being used to store recycled cooking oil in great big larger than life tanks, where one day when all the oil is gone then I will still have a viable commodity to sell to others for fuel. In addition to all that is stated I would make each square acre that did not have a tank under it, a greenhouse- and inside the greenhouse is where I would grow the finest and the best of the best things to eat- then once a month I would take a truck fill it will my oil/diesel replacement and toot around giving away literature and food grown without chemicals, and fish from my boats- I would wait for the day when there was no more oil- then I would have them come to me for my underworld supply of used cooking oil that I stashed on my commercial farms (under the greenhouses). For a source of calcium, and 4 other nutriants I would grow and sell Moringa powder in the USA and global markets.

If you don't have the big lot of land- just get a coffee shop and get kids to start talking about the enviromental solutions that I believe they will be more creative than we are about!

If all I had to work with was a pice of income producing land in a city- I would dig a big hole to the center of the earth pour water down the hole and give the city electric power from the steam-

After I was finished giving everyone electricity for 2% of the cost they are paying now, I would maybe head over to DC and figure out why people who are on a fixed income who might not be able to afford to register each and everything they write can not contribute to the body of literature in this country and still be considered the original creator- because honestly that really bugs the living crap out of me!

Just thinking about it makes steam come out of my ears- I think there is enough steam to light up Phoenix right now thinking about all the money we waste on blowing stuff up and making a mess, then when someone sits down to write about it they can not get past the red tape in our government to register their own work! What a load of crap! It should never be a burden on the creator of anything- this only discourages creative thought, and practice- lending itself to a culture who falls to pieces each and every time the price of crude oil changes! Come on people figure this out! Get creative, think outside your box- who cares if you seem like a hippie or a weirdo, it is better than what we look like to the rest of the entire world right now! We look like we are willing to sell our own children as slaves for oil! Are we? I am not- but it looks to me like that is what we are invested in- how much respect or favor do you think that is earning us in the world where we need to be selling our goods and products? Not a lot from what I can tell!
Now I know that if someone with brain damage can figure this stuff out that people without it can work think about it- surely I can not be the only person who is sitting here in America thinking WTF?

We are all individuals and our lives go on thus we must become responsible for our futures. There is no escapism to 'Heaven' or similar. There is that fact that each of us have harmed other people in our past lives, thus that is the reason for 'voices' and the cause of Schitzoprenia, nightmares and fears. it is not just to clean up our planet, but to clear up our states of minds. I am concentrated on being 'Green' inside my personality, and help people to do the same.
I have been doing this voluntarily and know that it takes money to expand. That is why I have been trying to contact Donald Trump who is wishing to go to the Eastern States in Australia but sadly not to the west, being Perth.
Thank you for reading this and considering clearing up the inside world you do have.

After I was sick of hearing enough other people say "WTF" over oil long enough- I would take a piece of property, maybe a resort and call it a free trade zone- here is where I would invite everyone who is smart enough to be asking WTF is going on in a country (why it is impossible to take good and creative ideas out into the market?) I would invite people to come to my free trade zone to hear all about those people and ideas- and our theme song would have the words WTF in it somehow. A free trade zone that is built from ground up would take a long time to get up and off the ground, so take an existing resort and invite anyone and everyone to come who has a idea how to make the world a better place, and let them trade the fees to display who they are, by making the resort itself "green". Bring all the tree huggers to one resort, and don't invite Sheriff Joe- he will only spoil the progress, and put everyone in pink underwear for something!
So if this zone were in AZ- the first rule would be NO SHERRIF JOE! Leadership like that is a waste money, and they take your money, and invest it in pure crap ideas and along the way violate civil rights- then we wonder why there are so few people who dare to dream that we are a free county and act that way! It is because of fear! We are all afraid of a free trade zone- yet we know based on history (HONG KONG) that it works for a multitude of reasons- yet we just cannot take the teachers we have, and a resort that we have, and turn it into one? Why not? I will tell you why not it is because we are too busy micro-managing the pile of secrets of our so called leadership they keep everyone very busy and it has turned into a fulltime job that needed a fulltime agency because it got so out of hand- ladies and gentleman I give you Homeland Security! Now we have a whole agency to micro-manage our lives while we give away our freedoms one by one!
FREE TRADE ZONE-
FREE TRADE ZONE-
Take government OUT and bring new creative ideas in!
Let us flourish in a FREE TRADE zone where people come to us to see what is still great that Americans can create!
Let Sheriff Joe go to Central America- it seems to me like he is happier down there so let him stay there the next time he takes our money out of the country and invests it in drugs, then comes back over here to rule over us in AZ! Get rid of leadership like that, then maybe a lot of things will change because it won't cost so much to cover up all the CRAP that they are doing!

Government needs to be something of the people that serves the people NOT the other way around! If the government has taken all this time in dealing with China and still can not see how we should want what they have in terms of trade- then we should create this FREE TRADE zone on a private piece of property, and teach the leadership of this country how to solve something WITHOUT a secret, without killing anyone, and without doing something that makes us all look poorly as human beings!
Free Trade Zone!
That’s what I would do with a resort, and those are just a few of the random reasons why- there are many more- so many more, I won't go on and on with them all- it will only upset me before my second cup of coffee.
But I would keep in mind that time is of the essence and I would fully understand that we have been given a reprieve to get our economy in order, and clean house- and if I had a resort income producing property I would be in front of the President himself getting this free trade zone set up, and get it going right away- I would not let anything stop this progress because it is the most sensible and profitable investment in our future as a nation, and we need to start treating this like a business- not a playground for spoiled brats who always get whatever they want at everyone’s expense!

Re:
"There is that fact that each of us have harmed other people in our past lives, thus that is the reason for 'voices' and the cause of Schitzoprenia, nightmares and fears". I am not sure that this is one of the clinical reasons for this condition, which to my knowledge is a actual medical problem that has genetic, and enviromental causes. There has been research linking thins condition to some specific toxins, but to my knowledge there is no known data that links this medical condition to past lives. It is a interesting hypothesis however, and if we are to predict the future we are creating for our children in this country based upon your hypothesis, then I predict we are all about to need a crapload of medication since all we seem to be capable of is pissing the rest of the world off Some people are treated in the mental health community because they do not "fit into the box" that makes everyone else comfortable, we medicate anyone and everyone who disagrees with people in this culture till they see it the way the family of origin in some cases see life. In other cases there is a political masterpiece under it all. In truth , the reason for nightmares can be what a person ate before trying to sleep, or they could just be overwhelmed entirely with the Bush administration and it could be getting the best of them when they try to sleep. As far as fears go, everyone has them, and I do not believe that it has anything to do with past lives, but rather it has everything to do with your existing life. People fear failure, they fear success, and most of those fears can be tracked to a time in the course of their actual (not past) life where the expectation of what they wanted or needed was not met, thus lending itself to a feeling that they were somehow not going to get what they needed EVER. Fear is like a seed, some families of origin plant many of those seeds in the course of a life, for various reasons, and organized religion is farily good at this grooming tattic as well. Fear manages the masses, but it often backfires when it is used for a long period of time- because over any period of time people get sick and tired of the fruitless results of fear based thinking/rhetoric as a method of management. On a very practical level this disease comes in handy when the government needs to cover something up, because of the social ignorance and bias associated with it, it is more than handy for the CIA- and the FBI. They honestly can and do use this disese streotype to keep people from having contact with people whom they have an intrest in. Think about it, how likley are you going to be to have a conversation with someone that you think is a "skitctso"? One of the primary reasons I believe researchers can not solve the actual causes and conditions is because the government is still using this lame statagy to isolate people that they want to abuse, exploit, and steal from. But shhhhhh don’t tell anyone "they" might call youy crazy or something! I have seen in my life at least two cases of former dancers who were involved with diplomats who by some odd reason just went off the deep end. Anyone goes nuts after sleep deprivation, and some of the absolute crap the CIA and the FBI pull to keep their dirty filthy sercets from the public! It does not take much- just keep someone awake for about 3 weeks or so, and the next thing you know just like magic you have a person acting as if they have this disease! (By no fault of a past life by the way) Sleep deprivation is an ancient tool used to make people go mad and react in fear-

The CIA uses this disease and the symptoms in their training - in reality it takes 9 months to 15 months of direct observation- (this drives most people over the edge) then another 2-3 months to pass through initial interview and testing; then the rest of the time getting a TS/SCI clearance. You’ll need to pass a lifestyle polygraph, which is a nasty animal. It seems like the more of a freak you are- the more that agency will haunt you! They love freaks-
By the way the reason why it takes 9-15 months is so that they can take see what it takes to make you feel and act as if you have lost your mind- one of those events is causing the symptoms of this disease in human populations. Rarely, do they reverse the condition, (if you don’t make the grade) and the reason why the last part of the examination is such a nasty "beast" is because you have to keep it all together under all that stress- therefore, if we can cause the condition, we have long since had the means to reverse the symptoms. We have the intelligence to fix many problems, and yet all we want to do is go into the world and create more, as opposed to solving problems in our own backyard!
In my life I have seen our government turn topless dancers or people that were very smart with a special gift or talent into lunatics just because they can- they left them that way! Many of our agencies and its missions rarely consider the opinion of social science, they could care less about the roles of human beings or fixing diseases- that is not what they do- they do however do a fine job of giving the public false information when it must be done. This sometimes backfires on a culture, or class of people- and in the case of the last 8 years of fear based rhetoric there will be a lot of people in the population in need of treatment for mental health care and stress related symptoms- but the single greatest marker may be the way the rest of the world is raising an eyebrow and asking WTF? This is not a sign of us having past lives we need to deal with, this is a serious marker that we are OFF track and need to pay close attention to WTF is going on- this means ignoring fear based rhetoric and calling bad leadership exactly that! We do not have a lot of time to waste in my opinion, we have seen the warnings, and we need to pay attention to the solutions- those solutions are not likely found in talking to or about our "past lives"- but if we wake up in time from this stupid stick we have been hit by, we might have a fighting chance in hell of going green in time to save the future generations- there is no other choice available to us- simply put- this stuff we count on to be there that we are 100% counting on to be the driving force in our economy is not going to last, not here- not anywhere! And regardless if you’re into trees, the environment, or the concepts behind energy efficient products or not- you will not have a choice. Going "green" is just another term for being energy efficient something many other counties are much more socially accountable for than we are. This is not about being a hippy, or anything like that- this is about the reality that not even the oil in the middle east is going to last forever, and all the belly aching and whining in the world is not going to change this fact.

I agree with you that going green is important not only to be good stewards of our planet, but to replace worn or outdated homes, commercial property, schools and structures and save money.

Due to the severe weather in many states, I see a need to make our communities stronger by investing in building materials that can withstand the forces of wind, water, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, volcano and beach erosion, etc.

Safety should be our number one priority. Mother Nature can reproduce most anything that man can destroy over a period of time. A forest fire may burn the trees in California, but trees will grow back eventually. Some areas will suffer drought, but eventually it will rain again.

A life lost in the aftermath of a hurricane, flood etc. cannot be replaced.

So I strongly feel that people should invest in safety first, while trying to find solutions that are environmentally friendly, and cost efficient.

Your life is worth the investment.

I think going green in houses and new developments is definitly the way of the future. There are so many organizations around with info on how to "build green" whether you are building new or applying "green building" techniques to exsisting homes. To further comment on green real estate I think it is also valuable to look at permaculture as well. For instance, catching rain water from the roof, replacing concrete paveways for "recycled" brick spaced far apart in order for better ground absorption, etc. By applying all of these systems and at the risk of sounding like a flake or a hippie, I believe that not only are we saving the planet but increasing the value of our properties.

I agree. I think we should also look into earth sheltered dwellings that minimize change to the landscape while increasing economy in heating and maitenance, grey water reclaimation, windmills as pumps and generators, solar energy. But, I also think we should be looking at how we can be better stewards of the land itself through planting trees for shade and to harvest as woodlots, and through planting meadows for wildlife around the buildings we develop.

These natural spaces can be done in park-like scenic ways. Greenspace has been shown to improve mood and mental state. I think every major building project should include natural areas for recreation, and for the future. As development continues to expand, access to natural areas will decrease. Parks and recreation areas should be our legacy.
