Giving back is not only a great and time-honored holiday tradition but also a key component of success. As entrepreneurs we owe a debt to the many people that have supported us in our own endeavors....our mentors, family members, and associates. We can pay that debt by helping empower a new generation of entrepreneurs.
Trump University members hail from over 50 countries around the world. From young students who dream of becoming entrepreneurs, to retirees who are launching second or even third careers. This diverse group shares one important ideal.....that entrepreneurship has the power to transform lives and elevate entire communities.
So as we turn our thoughts towards helping others and giving back, we are once again drawn to a remarkable organization -- Kiva. Kiva connects people with individual entrepreneurs from around the world and allows them to make loans that can change people's lives. We encourage you to join us in supporting Kiva this holiday season or in giving back in any way you can.
On behalf of the entire Trump University team I wish you and your family a happy holidays and a prosperous new year!

But it seems like to me that it's just as important to help a woman who's trying to do something on her own, doesn't have a college degree, is perhaps middle aged and trying to protect herself during the retirement years, is just as important to help as a college kid.
You don't find any type of organization (or I haven't) that offers help with a woman who wants to open a small business like web design, sewing/alterations, a specialty store with bakery goods....so many things that a middle aged woman could do that would go over well and make money. With husbands leaving their wives for younger women so much, this is a segment of society that nobody cares to help.
I have not been left by a husband, and have been on my own most of my life, but I see this ten times a day, and see these smart women working as waittresses and receptionists when they could be so much more. It just makes me a little sick. If I'm going to give anything or promote an organization to help new businesses, it's going to be for people like myself who are not as lucky as I've been. And I myself am not educated enough to take my business to the next level!
And maybe they are off to the race of helping people, in other parts of the world. We see a market void as to the above post, but not just about women. A lot will help minoritys. But, will they help all people that want to earn their dreams. Maybe, we can offer a better solution to helping business star-ups world wide. And raise the capital needed with structure.
To inspire but also to be diligent.

This is an inspiring read.
Mr. Sexton, You are so right about our obligation to give back, but I would encourage everyone to take it further than just the Holiday. I believe there are small things we can give every day, and it is often those small things that are part of what bring us, and those we lift, greatness. Those small gifts can be smiles, kind words, an idea, attention, presence, love.
This reminds me of many things I was taught as a child. "What goes around comes around." -anonymous
"It is more blessed to give than to receive." - Hebrew Proverb
"What we put out into the world will come back to us multiplied." - unknown source
"You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give." -Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet
"The only gift is a portion of thyself." -Ralph Waldo Emerson
I am wondering if there is some organization, place or person(s) that I could be directed to where I might find help covering the startup and maintenance costs of the site. I have spent money that I really can't afford to spend on this because it is so important to me but that is catching up with me and I am running out of time and options. Any direction anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
