One question I haven't seen Mr. Trump talk about much is the topic of women: what are his thoughts on having success dating exceptionally beautiful women, the advantages and pitfalls of this, when marriage makes sense....and generally navigating the world of love. Thanks!

Hi Mr. Trump I'm a big fan of The Apprentice. I watched all the seasons and love The Celebrity Apprentice. I love your business lessons and I hope they continue for more seasons and when you do Celebrity Apprentice can I suggest not using contacts and fame during fundraising challenges. Use business skills to do it. As well I look up to you and want to be a business man just like you when I grow up. I'm 17 and I respect what you do. Hopefully I can meet you one day. I have one last question to ask you. Will The Celebrity Apprentice be renewed for more seasons? I know its doing great in the ratings? Thank you Mr. Trump.

Hello Mr. Trump,

I have purchased 10 Condos from 1994 to 1999 during the last recession in Fairfield and New Haven Counties, and it turned out to be very Lucrative, I made a high profit renting the condos out. I sold 8 Condos and did 1031 exchanges with 4 of them, so I am experienced with Real Estate investing. I've watched your TV info-mercial and heard you say this is the best time to buy. But don't you think the prices will go down about 30% in the next 6 months or year because this is the worst recession since the Great Depression? If someone buys a foreclosure now, how can you flip it, I think it will be very hard to sell it because nobody can get a mortgage. Are you recommending to rent it out until the recession recovers then sell it?

Thank You, Earl B. Benedetto

I am in the middle of a foreclosure. My son had a motorcycle accident 6 yrs ago and was in a coma for 6 months. I took care of him at home and he finally woke up but in the meantime I lost some work to take care of him and got behind on my house payments and have been struggling ever since to get caught up. As of Tues. my house will be sold at auction May 29,2009. United Way and Rebuilding Together built ramps and did some modifications to my home to accomidate the wheelchair. Being a single mom I work 3 jobs to make the payments for necessities and I could make my payments but I can't pay everything else and pay the extra to get my payments caught up. My question is do you ever buy real estate like this and then allow the homeowner to make payments to you and buy it back? I really need help because I can't lose my home. Thank you!

Suppose a rich man wearing a gold ring and fine clothes comes to your meeting, and a poor man in ragged clothes also comes. To whom will u say, "have this best sit here, stand over there or sit here on the floor by my feet." do you treat people in different ways according to their outward appearance? Why?

Okay Donald I have watched every episode of your show but tonight your decision to fire Chloe had nothing to do with the game and everything to do with your male chauvinistic personal feelings. Clint Black was a total **** in that episode. He was not a team leader he was a dictator. Chloe had absolutely NOTHING to do with the failure of that task and for you to fire her for you personal reasons was totally out of line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She made a mistake in the past (and according to past National Enquirer Headlines I believe you have made a few of your own) This is a game. The person who should have went was Clint who refused to believe anyone of those women had any opinion of value. You just lost one viewer.

Do you check the Celebrity Apprentice blog? I wonder if you check the angry messages left from your past episodes. It might interest you in knowing that you have created a hate fan base there. Some think that you are unfair Quote:
" I have been watching the show this season, and this last episode offended me greatly. Firing a person for something that has nothing to do with the time she had spent with the apprentice is very appalling. First of all, if she was really employed by Mr.Trump, it would have been illegal. Secondly, she is obviously doing her part in society to try and make up for her mistake. To be judge for mistake that she was already punished for is unfair and i have lost a whole lot of respect for Mr.Trumps professionalism. Bad week Trump, you should be fired!
[-] Posted by member1956461 on 04/06/2009 12:37 AM
I think the Donald was WAY out of line tonight in firing Khloe. She was on the right track to getting ahead of her problem where Dennis still has a problem. Having a DUI myself, we struggle everyday with employers looking down on people with DUI's. People of America, there are thousands of people with DUI's, your neighbors, your own family, and coworkers. Unless you have multiple DUI's then it was a single mistake. WE ALL MAKE THEM. I am no longer a fan of the Donald. He continued setting a bad example of good people. Grow up Donald, you dont run the world.
[-] Posted by member1956477 on 04/06/2009 2:06 AM
why did you fire kloe kardashine, and you kept the cocaine addicted miss america? Kloe is getting treatment for her problem, and you stated on national television that you believed in second chances. This leaves me thinking you have double standards when it cmes to women around you. I think it is a shame, and it pisses me off!!!
[-] Posted by member1953332 on 04/06/2009 2:52 AM
Yeah, sure, I'm sure you read every one of these. Well, Donny, nobody is going to take
you seriously after tonight.

Firing somebody because you "hate DUIs" -- a woman that is paying her debt society,
and not blaming your staff that hadn't mentioned to you seem really lame, for a big-shot
like you. So you ask her where she went and she told you the truth and ends up being
embarrassed on TV for it.

If it was so important to you, why didn't you screen your celebrities more carefully? Let's
hope we don't end up with Michael Jackson being project manager for a kiddy's massage
facility! Seriously you should have screened these people more carefully before making
such a pathetic move on television.

And just because both teams sucked (this was a totally stupid project -- I guess the good
folks at All couldn't think of anything, so they just dumped it on you, so you could get more
fodder for your show -- the women's team did fulfill (as was pointed out to you) it had viral
potential. (that YOUR expert deemed it as having good potential for going viral)

You better stop hoping none of you kids ever makes a mistake -- after tonight you can be
people will remember and you can damn sure that what goes around, comes around.

Oh, and my last question: when are you going to grow up and get a real haircut -- man-up!

Well hello mr. Trump. I must say, this show with Clit Black and the gal that had the DUI really torked my anger. first and for most Clit Black should have been fired, he's a porn producer and don't know how to work as a team, he is very dry and has no hummer... The young gal, I feel really bad cuz you shafted her, sure she reallt screwed up but what young kid don't at some level. Granted I never have had a DUI and I really hate the people that drink and drive. The gal is going through a hrd time paying for her mistake and I'm sure she will for a while; I would bet she won't let that happen again but it had nothing to do with the challange so it was boguse that Clit can stand there and ball face lie to both those gals, make a porn commercial whitch by the way i m getting sick of seeing on tv, and not get ****ING FIRED. He is an idiot. Pease . Sorry but your FIRED MR. Trump. NO more of your show

Thank you for the opportunity to ask questions and get answers. My question is about Loyalty. You have conveyed, in the past, that loyalty is something you value highly. To me it goes hand in hand with trust. In watching your episode last night with the viral marketing for ALL detergent, you made the decision to fire Tionne Watkins for demonstrating just that quality. She was loyal to her team leader. She understood her team leader was going under the gun, she stood up for her.

My question is -
How do you personally define loyalty, and how should it be demonstrated in a work environment?
[-] Posted by Rachael Sutton #1253595 on 04/06/2009 10:51 AM
Good morning Mr. Trump,

In watching your show, The Apprentice, last night, it felt incomplete to me.

When both teams fail to deliver, is it possible to go into overtime? Can they be given the task to redesign off camera, then show the results to the viewers? By the way, I thought what Joan and Melissa did as follow up was absolute grace http://www.All-laundry.com That was a beautiful way to compensate and create a win/win partnership.

Also, from comments, I gather that others had questions about the thought processes that go into your decisions. I was happy to find your comments for past shows available on MSNBC for other episodes. This one left lots of questions.

Mr. Trump,
You think you have the great business mind and then go off on dui tangents and people that vol-
enteer for chopping blocks. My head was spinning with your judgements. One week you can win as
project manager and sent home for essentially nothing. As for the dui, she is taking more responsib-
ility than your pagent queen who was a party animal. Let's point out that you make alot of sexist remarks about pretty ladies especially with your children sitting there. You set her up because Clint
should have brought Joan back because of their poor working relationship and after you heard about
the dui he was surely instructed to get her to the table. This was lame and planned out so you could
also include in your resume that you are a Dr. Drew. You should call her back like you did for the pagent queen and give her a second chance and send home the porn director!! YOUR FIRED and I
vote you off th island!!! Karen

Mr. Trump, I was a fan off the Apprentice. Are you amazed at how quickly you were able to kill your show?
[-] Posted by member1958951 on 04/07/2009 10:50 AM
I watch your show to learn and to see that you put personal feeling above the business doesn't fit. Clint should have been fired for doing a horrible job on his task. Khloe should be applauded for owning up to her mistake and taking responsibility of her actions.

Does that mean all staff personal must be fired if they have a DUI ?
Tionee didn't volunteer to be fired, she volunteered to be in the room with Melissa
and Melissa should have been fired for her bad video.

Have you put yourself so high above everyone else you've forgotten what true friendship
and loyalty is?
That you've forgotten that mistakes happen. Khloe hurt anyone but herself and she's learning from it. I'm sure your past business deals financially hurt many people to the point of devastation do you even bother to think of those you hurt.

On the movie "It's a Wonderful Life" George is hailed as the riches man in the world because he has so many friends and love ones who care for him and he can depend on. He judges nobody and helps them all.

You maybe the judge, jury and executioner on your show but one day you will be judged and I think you'll be riding that elevator down if you keep up this mentality.

Maybe you could learn something from the little people in the world. You got my email, give me a shout You can teach me business and I can remind you of humanity you seem to have forgotten.

Hi Mr. Trump,

I'm a high school teacher working with 11th and 12th graders. I read your blog entry regarding the need to prep students for the business world at the high school level rather than waiting until college. I was wondering if you could list 5-10 general areas you think would be vital for students to have exposure to at this level. I'm putting together a unit on General Occupational needs: Time Management is one of the areas we'll focus on. Any other suggestions? Thank you for your time and consideration.

How about writing a book (instructional in nature) that goes into detail about financing projects (such as the deals such as those described in "The Art of the Deal")? Your knowledge of bank financing, wall street financing via bonds, carrying costs, architect fees, dealing with contractors, lawyers, politicians and so forth are, to me, the most valuable knowledge you can convey to those wanting to try to do what you have done. For example, how can a person with only a few hundred thousand dollars behind him/her, get started on projects such as those described in "The Art of the Deal"? A good book on financing big projects by an experienced guy like you would teach us more than any college courses on finance could do.

Good day, sir -

How can you hire someone so subserviant to you? Doesn't it take someone as brash as yourself - with exceeding convidence in everything they do - to succeed? How could you hire anyone who says, "yes sir!" to everything you say?

Listen people - I don't give a damn if this guy "likes" me or not - he has the same smelly ass like the rest of us. MAKE him respect you. Put YOUR judgement before his - and make a dollar or two.

How can anyone work for you that doesn't have an equal ego? Do you have "kiss asses" all around you - other than your children - or do you have anyone who will put their finger in your chest when you are wrong. You are not wrong many times - but trust me - you are wrong enough to have a finger in your chest. It's good business. It keeps you on your toes. More importantly, it keeps you ahead of the competition. Like it or not, Sir - you too have competition and they'll bury your ass without the right attitude.

Thanks....and when you are ready - it's just $5 - FIND YOUR MESSAGE....sorry - not gold plated....that's so over in this recession!

Mr. Trump,

I am involved in a startup/no revenue business that has developed websites to help finance education through social networking, eLearning, and eCommerce. I would like to send you our short 20 slide business plan for review. We are looking for angel investing or seed funding to go forward.
Please review the site http://www.theCampusCenter.com and see if it makes sense to you. We believe that education needs to become real and to face the facts that tuition increases and cutbacks is not the future. Education needs to embrace commerce as a tool to further its goals. Please review my site and give me your opinion.

How do you arrange your time to your family, work, friends, studying and new business? Can you highlight the weigh of the above areas for me to take a reference?

Thank you very much.

why did you make Khloe Kardashian responsible for your staff's inability to do a through background check, that DUI was on TV a year before this Celebrity Apprentice. You said she would not have been asked to appear if you had known, she is taking responsibility for her judgement errors, however you are making her responsible for your own ignorance and well as you staffs inability to do their Jobs. What you did by leaving Romain on on your show while drinking continuously on and off camera shows you do to not care what they do as long as your ratings are up. Several on the members of the current show have said on camera they have been in Rodman's shoes

I'm a 31 year old man living in Pennsylvania and am realizing how much I have wasted a lot of potential I have in my life.

I had met a wonderful woman and moved to CT with her about 6 years ago. When she became pregnant 3 years ago she was put on bed rest just a couple months into the pregnancy. We had always been living paycheck to paycheck and not putting much into savings or an emergency fund.

After the birth of my 11 lb. 7 oz. son, my wife had an infection and was out of work a few more months. I also missed a lot of time before and after the pregnancy taking care of her and a lot of bills fell behind. Having only advanced my education to 21 credits in college, my salary was not enough to make up for the loss of her's. The last couple months after my son was born were the hardest as we ran out of her disability altogether while she recovered from an infection from the C-Section.

In November of 2007 faced with being unable to pay rent and having a huge accumulation of debt, we ended up moving in with my family back in PA to get back on our feet. My wife being the ambitious one had a job almost immediately and we decided I would stay home with my son a few months as we did not want a stranger spending the majority of the day with him at such a young age.

By June of 2008 we were still just getting by paying the minimums on our maxed out credit cards and loan, we went down to a one car family, and it was clear it was time for me to get a job. I stupidly and stubbornly thought I could hold out for a position at the level of my previous job despite the failing job market. By November my wife had grown angry enough with me that I began taking temporary positions which helped us on our way to recoveriing financially, but as it was not steady work it was a lot of ups and downs.

Growing tired of my lack of motivation, my wife suggested marriage counseling which we did for a few months, but that led to this past weekend when she left taking my son back to CT where her family are taking care of her.

I am now in a situation of being 31 years old, a job history of no more than 3 years with one company, and scattered over a variety of industries such as Photocopier sales and Hotel Administration. I need to rely on public transportation, and I need to find a way to move back to CT and get my debt down to an affordable payment plan. Any consolidation loan I'veapplied for turns me down obviously from my poor credit history.

So, I have a few questions.

I know returning to get my Bachelor's degree is the best way to boost my salary, but I can't stand the thought of spending 4 years living 200 miles away from my son. What would be the best way to get some kind of certification or training for a position in an office environment with a job history of Sales Assistant and Leasing Coordinator?

How can I manage my debt (about $30,000) to lower my interest and make my payments affordable, but that isn't in the long run going to prevent me from leasing a car or getting a mortgage for a house?

What type of job should I look for in PA, and how far out of debt or how much saving should I accumulate before making the move to CT and finding a job there? (I live rent free in PA, so my progress will obviously be quicker paying things off here, but living more than a few months this far from my son seems unbearable).

And lastly, any general advice on how a man can turn his life around at this age after making so many mistakes?

Mr. Trump,
Just an idea..........on a new Apprentice program choose TWO teams made up of equal numbers of celebrities and NON-celebrities. Some of us Non-celebrities may have some good ideas. We may be more in touch with the "common person". Most celebrities (if they are truly in touch with their roots) are just normal people who lucked out. Most of us non-celebrities are people who are WAITING to luck out. But we (non-celebrities) have charities we would like to see benefitted, as well.
I know my chances of you actually ever reading this are remote, but I'm willing to take my chances. GIVE US LITTLE PEOPLE a CHANCE, Mr. Trump.

Why would you have Joan Rivers and her daughter represent the products you are endorsing by doing commercials?

They are the two biggest fakes and phonies I have ever seen. Not only will I not use ALL, Life lock etc. I am no longer interested in watching your show with those two idiots on it.

I say this having bought all your books and have tried every product you have endorsed. I also love the celebrity show more than the regular show because it’s about charity.

Your kids and your interaction are a great example of how you raise kids in a wealthy environment. You have brought them into your business and they are succeeding not solely because of you, but because they are smart and taught to work hard and forge their own path.

Than on the other hand are the two expressionless drama queens.

Please help your show and the great products like Life Lock. By firing the mother daughter play dough team.

Donald Trump,

I have developed an Automated Storage and Retrieval (ASR) Bike Parking System (patent pending) for NYC. There are features within the design that will allow for a "Bike Share program", bike rentals, monthly and daily parking, 24 hours a day.

This ASR system was designed to utilize the less desirable (basement) real estate in the City and my projections for the development of sites (over 100) in NYC would be quite costly.

As an entrepreneur, my questions to you would be....

1. With National exposure to other major metro cities, would a regional licensing strategy be preferable? Possibly a Franchise?

2. As an exportable product to the EU where bicycling is more prevalent, would a single US entity (LLC of Corp) be able to satisfy the complicated international tax structure? Or would an EU Division be necessary?

3. Would you like to be the first to implement them into your New York Real-estate?

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Regards,

Perry North

Mr. Trump,

I happened to be in NYC at the time the Learning Annex was advertising your 1hr training session for $1m which was sold out and then paid to you at $1.5M for 1hr's training, everytime I see you on TV, I mention this to my friends with much enthusiasm, so they don't disburb while I'm watching you.
Up to last night (DURING LARRY KING LIVE) I said to one of my girl friends "This man has money and every word he speaks is golden". I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Operations Mgt) -1st year while working full time. I am always attentive to your Business tone and advice and hope to be at one ofyour sessions sometime in the future. You came to mind when our previous Governement wanted to sell the Island's largest Hotel, but I don't think it's for sale any more.

Hello Mr. Trump, I want to let you know that as MANY others, I admire you very much, because you are successful and you have very strong sense of honor and good business ethics.
Now, I have an idea that I want to make it come true, but as many other good ideas, I need investors.
How do you recommend me to start looking for the right people?
this will help people to go back on track (thought this difficult time), and will help the US to recuperate from this bad economy time thing.
i really don't want to tell my idea on this blog, because you know, someone can still it from me.
if you want, e-mail me and I will tell you every detail.

Mr. Trump,
I want to approach the owners of the company I work for about buying the business. The president is rarely in the office and often very busy with other companies that he runs - so the timing has to be right. I know they will be surprised by my intentions, how should I proceed so that they take me seriously?, I thought of sending an email, but after reading Trump: Think Like a Billionaire, the thing that stuck with me the most in that book was "EMAIL IS FOR WIMPS".

Mr. Trump

Do you think is was ok for Prez Hilton to call the Miss USA contestant a dumb ****? I think this was unacceptable even though he did say he was sorry. I also think the only reason he aggred to be a judge in the pagent was to have his one moment to bring up the issue on same sex marriage. That was clearly all he cared about it wasn't judging the contestants at all. I also think it was an unfair question. I hope you and the others involved with the Miss USA pagent will choose the judges based on their qualifications to be a judge. Prez Hilton dosedn't have any qualifications as far as I can see. Just thought I would let you know where I stand on this issue if the pagent is goning to be used as publicity stuns people should not even watch it.....

To Mr. Donald Trump: I have been a fan for years. I may have an ego as big as yours and I believe that is a great thing. Read most of your books and I am very successful (many millions made on NC beach front property) BUT you are making a huge mistake with your association with this Perez Hilton guy. Come on-- you are far more refined to associate yourself with this guy. I think that you are going in the wrong direct by not publicly scolding him for his question to this young Miss California, and removing him from any futher association with you. I do personally believe that gay people should be allowed to marry and gain all the benefits associated with it. The main thing that I like about gay marrage is that they as a group are willing to jump into the family life that is so beneficial to our society. As you may know, many kids still remain in institutions with out parents. Having said that, as a business man, you should be right on top of the people that you hire and the questions that they ask so that they do not penalize contestants with differing personal opinions and core beliefs. For this---As an ex North easterner, I say "You Pussy"....

PS---I will still be tuned in this Sunday to watch your show because we Northeasterns ( and ex northeasterners) don`t hold many grudges. We are just passionate about our opinions and respect them. By the way you have done a fantastic job of raising kids.!!! Wow they are bright young business people. Great day. Steve

Hello Mr. Trump, I too have been a big fan of the "Apprentice" television series, up until Sunday when we were horrified by the treatment of Miss California by a radical judge who's agenda was the antithesis of the "tolerance" that so many seem to be preaching, but not practicing.

Mr. Trump, you are a business-man who has to understand that there is now a growing sentiment in this country that "certain religious views" are unacceptable. Eventually this will escalate into action by those who feel disenfranchised by you and others who cater to this type of Political Foolishness.

What on God's green earth possessed you to let someone like Perez Hilton judge a Miss America contest, that would surely cause a firestorm, that may cost you (through boycott) and others like you, who promote and stand by this intolerance towards those of faith?

Do you know how many Americans are appalled at the rants and outbursts of Mr Hilton, and are now seeking to Boycott you and others connected with his vicious attacks towards Ms. Carrie Prejean?

Have you seen what he has called her on his web site? You look like Rosie O'Donnell when you allow people like him to be regarded as some one of a Professional Caliber, which I can assure he is not!

Please regard this message as an attempt to wake you up to the growing number of people who do not regard the trashing of moral values as something to let go by with out action.

It's a slap in the face of the brave men and women who fought to give us the "Freedoms" that are now being slaughtered in the sewer of Political Correctness, that has now become political insanity.

Hallo Mrs.Trump,
I have a simple question.I hope you will find it interesting.
Well now I'm reading one of your books,I've red a lot of books about business before and I deduced that all about successful business is selling hope and happiness to people. One of important things to be good businessman is to be good hope seller.I will be happy to learn,if u think so?
Thank you for attention!

sadly, I have never wrote anything of this type. I have always watched your career with much caution. Coming from a background of upper portion of the USA, you still had to perform.
I know this won't matter to you, but after watching the Miss USA show-whether or not the winning or losing for Miss California hinged on Prez Hilton's question, the mass will never really know. But I thought you would have ran a tighter ship. As project manager for the Miss USA---YOU ARE FIRED! That was a great disappointment to me, allowing Prez Hilton on the panel, let alone --ask the question.
I am not a liberal or the other--I am just a person trying to live my life. But 70% of people are very upset. Live and let live, is not going to happen when people like Prez Hilton are allowed to threw dirt in our face.
It is coming down to a showdown, people who have just made a quite stand are being pushed to stand up. It will be a mixture of very interesting people, who other ways would have just have liked to left alone.
But the people like Prez Hilton and you for giving him the floor .

Greetings,
I'm curious about your "subject to" discussion elsewhere on the website. While the concept is certainly legal, do yo think the seller should get the lender's permission first? Don't most loans allow the lender to require immediate payment if title to the property is transferred to someone else?
Thank you,

Good morning Mr. Trump;

I have watched for many years now your program on NBC "The Apprentice". initially I found it very interesting. You push the envelope in order to get the most out of people which has value. You and I manage quite often in a similar fashion and that is something that I sometimes use to validate my position (internal to me alone) on certain decisions I make.

I have found there are some changes over time since season 1 where I find I am straying further from you in philosophy and practice. I must say we are miles apart on the political spectrum which I find hard to believe but it is true as far as I can see. I am interested to know if you really are as liberal as I percieve you to be.

I understand that you are and have been since before the campaign season started a staunch supporter of our new President. I have to admit after the election I started to change my mind about him on a number of issues but now that I have seen him in action I fall back to my original position. He is spending us into a serious financial problem which will cost us all a tremendous amount of money over time. I do not believe I need to put anymore skin in the game as Biden likes to say. I do however think that people are responsible for their state in life and should not feel they just are entitled to everything. Many of your business decisions suggest you believe the same thing so liberalism really does not fit you well.

All of this leads up to the amazing result that came up in the Miss USA Pagent this past Sunday. My pick did win but clearly the runner up seemed to be manipulated by a no win question which she answered clearly and I think directly. I was surprised by two things: First that the neutral non bias approach of the past for questioning in general was to a degree abolished and two that Prez Hilton was even allowed to be part of the judges panel. He was clearly biased and had a political agenda to persue.

Miss California did indicate that she had a positive meeting with you after it was all over but I saw no evidence that the judge was even slightly repremanded for his agenda and attitude. I do hope that California dose not take her title away. If this happens I know that there will be another chink in the armour of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution. In conclusion I was pleased that North Carolina won I just wish it was a more clear victory and not based on a set up. Thank you,

Scott

Hi,

Ever since I was young I have known that it was my life’s purpose to work with artificial consciousness and robotics.

So I decided to enroll in University in a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering as I thought that this is all I would need to bring my dream in fruition. For my thesis I wanted to follow my robot dream and so I organized several other students together to build a robot. The University came to the party and wrote a big check. But from the start there were problems. I had to compromise my vision as the Supervisors who wanted me to build a simple robot based on tried and tested idea and I was not allowed to build a robot based on my untested theories.

Despite this I was awarded honors in my degree and my Paper came 1st place in the IEE student prize night beating three other universities. I thought to myself that it didn't matter that I didn't build my robot dream at university as I could go and get a job and fund my research myself.

So I got a job at Rolls Royce working on the mines to save some money, learn skills and develop my robot idea. Rolls Royce quickly discovered my technical abilities but instead of giving me a team to lead and research to develop they locked me in a windowless room were I was told to program all day. After three years I had enough. I was no closer to my robot dream and even thought I was making money I had no time to work on my robot research.

So i quit to start my own computer business where I would have the freedom to work on tasks more closely related to the robot dream. I quickly discovered that the transition from talking to computers all day to talking to customers all day required a completely new skill set that I didn't have. So I decided to enroll in Masters of Business Administration Advanced specialising in entrepreneurship. I worked hard and built my business from 0 customers to 300 customers over six years and completed the MBA.

But most of the people in the MBA were not people interested in my robot idea and I found few if any had business experience. Most were full time employees trying to move into middle management, Human Resources Consultants or Lawyers and unable to help me with my robot idea.

After university I was depressed. I was spending all my time running my computer business but no time building robots and even though the business was successful I was time poor and not rich enough to fund my robot research. I was also continuously being sued. Constantly in court over trivial matters like harassing phone calls with government beuraucrats. Matters that I am entirely innocent of, but that was costing my huge amounts of time and money. I guess I was protected inside Rolls Royce but outside of Rolls Royce I was vulnerable to attacks from scammers, fraudsters and petty criminals.

So I decided to get a job and to try and save money for research into robots. I was employed by BHP-Billiton but fairly quickly I was thrown in a windowless room and made to program all day. Then the mine I was working on shut down.

I was really depressed after that. With the money I had saved I started building a prototype product to start a business with. I am currently up to the patent stage where I discovered a lot of legal issues with patents and the law. This has led me to enroll in Law school to develop my legal skills.

My questions are.

Warren Buffet says high technology businesses are weak businesses and that to make money a business should be simple. Do you think this is right?

Should I be asking for outside investors to help me fund my research into robots or is better to self fund?

Where am I going wrong?

Hi Mr Trump:

You must be losing your proverbial a** at just about this time in the re market, and it certainly appears you are keeping a stiff upper lip about it. I also plan to get your book about champions to read, it sounds nice.

I only watch the end of celebrity apprentice to catch the beginning of the news, and I have noticed that you usually keep a very deferential (to you) person with or around you at all times. Can you say why this is?

I have another question: I know a little about you and believe you would say you are a self made person, I wondered would you say that you conducted yourself ethically as you ascended in the real estate world? Also I was wondering what you think other people who have had dealings with you in the past would say about you.

I understand you are a "winner", and that for every win there is a loss, and therefore there are people who have lost in their dealings with you, and given that people don't like losing (I know I don't), what would you say they would say about you? I think what happens when people become successful is they are then measured by their success. It seems you would enjoy being portayed as ruthless; is it true that you are?

So basically my question is about your self assessment of your own business ethics and your popularity.

Thanks in advance for your answer to this question in case it is ever posted. M. N.

Hi, my name is Kimberly Liddiard. I teach Business Education at South Lewis Central School in Northern New York (Turin). I am asking Mr. Donald Trump for some help!!!!!!!

I read Mr. Trump’s 2005 blog featuring the headline "Preparing Students for the Real World". I wholeheartedly agree with his opinions. Unfortunately, the New York State Education Department and the South Lewis School District do not agree.

As you may know, school mandates have increased but the funding to teach students has decreased. This affects non-mandated programs such as Business Education. Many schools are reducing their Business Education programs and in some cases, eliminating them. This elimination comes at a time where students need business knowledge more than ever.

I am the only Business Education teacher, decreased from two, at South Lewis Central and fear the program will be eliminated from the school altogether. The program has been spared this year but it is the opinion of administration that the program will possibly be cut next year. I am preparing a presentation to our local board of education to try to keep our Business program not only alive but thriving.

I am asking for an endorsement from Mr. Trump. Wouldn’t it be nice if he could make an appearance in front of our board of education? If that is not possible, I am asking Mr. Trump to make an updated written statement on the importance of high school business programs in today’s society. I also feel that some business education courses such as Financial Literacy, Introduction to Business and Business Law should be mandated. What is taught in these courses will be used throughout everyone’s life. I understand that that is a fight that needs to be taken to our New York State Education Department. Mr. Trump has a lot of influence; maybe he could convince our state education department of such a fact.

I appreciate the time you have spent with me on this matter. I hope to hear from Mr. Trump soon regarding this matter. Please email me at your earliest convenience at kiliddiard@southlewis.org or send a letter to Ms. Kimberly Liddiard, 415 Fenton Terrace, Boonville, NY 13309. Again, thank you.

Sincerely,

Kimberly

Hi Mr. Trump I am so glad NBC officially renewed The Celebrity Apprentice for season 3 (ninth season overall), but I was wondering if the original version of The Apprentice will also be back because yesterday on NBC.com they had that the regular version of The Apprentice begins casting next week and they are bringing it back because of the economy. And on the New York Post it said that the regular version may be back. I was wondering if its true because it has not been confirmed yet about the regular version returning. If you can please answer my question that will be great thanks.

I am first time homebuyer looking to purchase a condo on leased land. I know that this is a risky venture, however it provides a great opportunity for me to be able to purchase in a nice beach community. And since the number one rule in real estate is location, I thought I'd use what little money I have for a down payment to purchase in a great location. The only problem is in 2041 the land lease is up and reselling this property might be difficult since it doesn't qualify for FHA loans and can only be qualified for a conventional loan that is five years less than the term of the land lease (currently a conventional 25 year loan).

The property can be a great rental and will bring substantial income.

My concern is if this is a good investment...

I lost a lot of respect for you tonight. You know Annie did a better job and she did not cause you any problems during the show. Joan and her daughter caused problems from the 2nd show on. Joan missed days, it does not matter why she missed it matters that she missed. Her daughter created turmoil and I am sure that you and/or your staff kissed Joan ass to get her back. Joan should not be given credit for constantly bad mouthing Annie in the boardroom, as she calls it I only curse you to your face not behind your back. Joan should have been fired on more than one occasion... the Hitler comment, bad mouthing the largest contributors to the charities (gamblers), threatening to walk off the show and then walking off the show when her daughter gets fired. She did not play the game fair as she new who her competition was and she started early in season bad mouthing that competition. I know that business is not always fair but to reward evil is wrong!

Yes I think Joan is EVIL and FAKE. Nothing about her is real or sincere. You Donald picked the wrong person and for the wrong reasons. Watch the play-back Joan caused the event planner to quit, she should have been fired for that!!!! If you really would hire her over Annie you aren't the business man I thought you were.

I personally don't know Annie or Joan and I am not a gambler or actor. What I am is a business man who has hired many employees over the years...from my point of view you gave the win to the wrong person.

Ron

Attention

America how do we fix the car industry? In this country, I think everyone will agree with this. We ask three Unbelievable United States citizens to put there tremendous lives on hold as they put step into a real life hero position by saving General Motors Corporation ONLY these three men can do it. I happened to here Donny Prevette speak at a charity event two weeks ago and as he spoke and laid out a plan as a joke, I was amazed. Here I sat having a degree in business from an ivory league school and this guy just came up with a remarkable idea and what really put the icing on the cake was when he said the only way it could work would be if Bill Gates and Donald Trump joined him for six months they together could turn GM around and save the great American car company.
Come on America lets all email, call, text and blog these guys until they agree to give back to the country that gave them what they have in the first place.

Greetings Mr. Trump,

I am enjoying another one of your books, "Trump, The America We Deserve" I loved your word "Burons" In this book, you commented that business people are often overlooked as American Heros. You then added, if you were in the movie business, you would do films about these people. So, now that you are involved more in television, do you have any plans to make this movie? Have you considered writing the book first?

Mr. Trump, In your book, TRUMP The America We Deserve, I found some great quotes worthy of posting.

"Whether we're talking about investing in education or anything else, what we get in return is never just a matter of how much we spend, but how well." - Donald Trump

"Nothing is more important to the future of America than education." - Donald Trump

Have you considered including a list of your famous and infamous quips and quotes on this site?
[-] Posted by Rachael Sutton #1253595 on 06/07/2009 7:51 PM
Mr. Trump, Every chapter in your book "Trump The America We Deserve" leaves me with questions. In the Chapter The Safe Streets We Deserve, you said "The people who wrote our Constitution were clear in their belief that providing for the public safety is at the top of the responsibilities government has. All of us should feel safe in our homes and on our streets. Safety should be a birthright, like free speech. It is the foundation on which the American Dream is built. This is an idea that should unite all of us no matter where we come from. When we lose our sense of safety, we lose our birthright."

I think crime is a symptom. It's roots lie deeper in drug abuse, physical and mental abuse, chemical imbalances, brain injury, mental illness. Before the school and the streets, I think we have to look at the beginnings, in the family, at home. What about safety in the home? Have you ever considered domestic violence? What do you feel America should do to address this problem?

[-] Posted by member1986251 on 06/12/2009 4:01 AM
My comment is this. You have an ability to be very successful in what appears to be a very expensive life style for your clients. I believe that's a talent based upon an understanding of business principles most people are quite unfimiliar with, hence, they're not able to duplicate your success. When they try to become successful in real estate they're just like all the other people trying to earn a living at it. their chances of ever becoming 'BIG' in their chosen field, be it real estate, or anything else are 'small.' Many great businessmen have written many excellent books about how to be business succeses. What worked for them is probably not what will make some other person a business success because that's a different organism. Since you are doing more than selling books and actually forming your own educational system you expect greater results than would be achieved by a simple book selling program. You're using personal trainers you call coaches and mentors to train your students. You're really trying to educate the public having received a great business education yourself at Penn. This system of business education you have devised to help the public is founded on ways you have learned to make money in real estate. It's not a Penn business education in a Trump style or is it?

Dear Mr. Trump,
Re; Real Estate - In desperate need of a temp buyer of my home, unti my spouse is able to obtain mortgage to purchase my home which was in foreclosure. Due to errors and delays caused by loss mitigation dept of my previous mortgage co, Judge allowed for several adjournments in order for purchase of my home, to save property as well as equity. The former wife of my spouse was not able to secure mortgage for home they purchased together over 30 yrs. ago, so when she had several late payments. the pre-foreclosure status still shows on Vernon's credit report, despite her making payments on time for the past 7 months. The Judge allowed extended time for Vernon's credit to reach to the lenders requirements of 590. He actually increased it to 612. However, 2 weeks before closing date was to be set, the lender increased their credit score requirements to 620, despite the fact that Judge was allowing extra time for Vernon to achieve the initial request of 590! Vernon was compliant with all of lenders requests; paying down ( low balance ) credit cards and satisfied $14,000 car loan, which he was to use that extra money for down payment on house, but lender stated he would apply "rent with options to buy" status and utilize 7 years of partial mortgage payments on my house (as he was resident of same), for the down payment. I've been informed by other lenders, this does not apply without a paper trail, which we do not have!
Last week, a new lender took over mortgage application. I stressed the importance (to lender ) of running this situation through their underwriting dept, to avoid any further delays. Lender stated, no problem, as they handle credit scores in the mid 500's. After checking with credit bureau's, 1 out of the 3, still show pre-foreclosure status. Vernon called the mortgage co, of his previous home and they stated, this could remain on credit report for up to one year, despite timely payments.
Now, the new lender will not approve mortgage due to this, even with receipts showing recent payment history (on time).
I''m not looking for hand-outs. I will pay all expenses at closing from my equity, along a $5,000. fee for your time. I will also keep 1 years mortgage payments in an account to be utilized for the monthly payments, even though it won't take much longer for Vernon to obtain new mortgage. I need to have an answer to Judge, by 06-22-09. This is all I have. I was hoping to use the 50% equity money that my former husband owed me on a home we purchased together years ago, however, he just lost his home and any chances of me getting this equity back.
I've worked hard all my life, until the past 2 years, after suffering from a spinal injury, I was only able wo work part time, from home. My spouse, Vernon, is home recovering from surgery, due to prostate cancer and I am trying to keep my 2 children in college. They can't even apply for student loans, as their credit was ruined, along with mine, when their father's insurance policy was cancelled. I was to use some of the equity to cover outstanding medical bills from their surgeries and my spinal problems. I was in the insurance business for 14 years while living in Bergen County, NJ, then switched careers when moving to Ocean County, NJ 18 years ago, to avoid long commutes when my children were younger. I even started a small retail business while in nursing school, to cover expenses while studying and doing my clinical time at Robert Wood Johnson University.
I am also a life member of a first aid squad, where i had done volunteer work as an EMT for 10 years. I am also ready to return to work full time, despite the chronic pain, but will have to commute to NY to find better position, as Ocean County is not the place for job opportunities, plus I lost my car in this whole mess!
PLEASE, I have no other options, due to these delays and errors.
Thank you,
Laura A. Smith

The phone numbers have been posted for replies, hopefully between now (Friday 06-19-09) and Sunday, June 21st, as I need to inform Judge of a buyer or lender, by Monday, June 22, 2009. Whatever is left in equity needs to be utilized for current meidcal procedures, due to a spinal injury and loss of medical insurance We are currently living off of 50% of disability payments from spouse, as he is recovering from surgery due to cancer. Please network this information to anyone you know, that may be willing to help. Thank you.

Mr. Trump,

The other day, I went on line to see the unique character of your beautiful buildings. Do you offer virtual tours? What kind of green space is provided at each? Do any have roof gardens? The way you worked the zoning restrictions made a lot of sense to me. What I don't understand is why so many small minded people always end up in positions of power such as zoning and why they would eliminate the possibility of anyone else repeating your creative method to make it as profitable as possible. Building up or down always makes more sense than taking up more usable land surface.

Mr. Trump,

Tony Robbins maintains that the best way to put your mind to work on your goals is to start your day by asking yourself questions. In your Wealth Builders program, one of the key indicators of future success mentioned was how they asked questions following seminars and programs. They would come and and begin the question with "How can I...?" Robert Kiyasaki, in Rich Dad Poor Dad also gave the same kind advice. Instead of thinking "I can't...." he said, you should ask "How can I?" Do you start your day with questions? If so, what questions do you ask yourself?

Thank you for your time and accessibility.

Hi Mr. Trump I have a few questions for you. Next season for The Celebrity Apprentice 3 is it possible if you can take the contact/rolodexes out of the show since its a business show and viewers want to see the celebrities use regular business skills for every task.

Continue with the business lessons every episode on the show so we can learn it should teach about long term success

Don't make the firings arbitiary and at the whim of you

Cut down on the drama and make it to the level of season 1

Have A list celebrities and have them bond on the show

Thanks

Good Morning Mr. Trump

I am watching the movie My Architect A Son's Journey about Louis I Kahn, and I checked out his buildings at http://www.greatbuildings.com/

While you are not an architect, I was curious to see if any of your buildings were included at the Web site. Apparently, not. How did that happen?

Mr. Trump,

So what inspired you to move away from plain cost effective brick construction style of your father and into the glitz, glamour, beauty and light? Was there a place you encountered that had an unforgettable impression? Was there an epiphany? I was surprised to learn, in The Trumps by Gwenda Blair, that your father, in later years used the "Wow" factor by incorporating designs in his entrances and foyers. Do you remember you impression when you saw these for the first time?

Mr. Trump,

In catching up with this weeks news, I encountered an interesting golf story
found at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032619/vp/31856441#31856441
and since you love developing great golf courses, I thought of you and wondered if you have ever considered working collaboratively with vets and other handi-capable groups with your courses - or developing courses for them in strategic places?

Mr. Trump,
On NPR this morning, there was a piece on the City of Flint MI. The discussion was about the large number of vacant homes due to the auto industry. Some city leaders are strong supporters of reducing the size of the city so it is more manageable. Have you ever been involved in City reduction? I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

APRENTICE (WORLD)

Mr Trump ever since the first Aprentice came on I have been a big fan of the show and your style of leadership. How ever I am in South Africa and would like to know what it would take for you and Mark Burnett to consider making the next season Aprentice World. Basically have candidates from all over the world including South africa and America. I still think Americans are over rated when it comes to entreprenuership judgingfrom the ones who have been on the show. PLEASE CONSIDER

Hi Mr. Trump, I read an article in the hollywood reporter and it was a Question and Answer with Mark Burnett and there were two questions about The Apprentice.

THR: Now that the season is over, do you prefer "The Apprentice" as a one-hour show or would you rather NBC continued stretching it to two hours next season?

Burnett: I loved the two-hour "Apprentice." Everywhere I went during "Apprentice," people came up to me and were so opinionated about everything from Dennis Rodman, Joan and Melissa Rivers ... it went on and on and on. That's when I knew we had lightening. No one ever said to me "it felt too long." We have a great team and we're fully ready to continue with the two-hour format.

THR: There were some discussions at NBC about whether or not the show would return to the "everyday people" format next season or continue with a celebrity cast.

Burnett: I think we could do both. I don't think that we'd just go and do a regular one but I think we could alternate seasons with it. There's certainly a real place there for finding people who've lost jobs but who are really smart and driven -- it's just a bad economy -- and that would be a good thematic season: giving people another chance. On the other hand, "Celebrity Apprentice" has done so well, there's no way we're going to move off that right now. Only a fool would chance success.

I just want to know your thoughts on the two hour Apprentice format and what you think of The Apprentice returning to its regular format.

Thanks

Good morning Mr. Trump,

You have done a wonderful job of facilitating the showcasing of women, their beauty, ability and talents in a professional, public and tasteful way through your investment in beauty pageants. In doing this, you have managed many controversies that highlight misconceptions in what women are, what is beautiful, and what is and isn't acceptable behavior or exposure. Thank you for that.

Why don't young men have the same opportunity?

There was a contest, but it was really only a body building contest.

Good evening Mr. Trump,

I am still reading The Trumps, by Gwenda Blair, and in Chapter 18 "Gambling on Atlantic City" I came across a quote attributed to Blanche Sprague "People walked in with a very specific idea of what they wanted and walked out doing just what he wanted and feeling lucky as could be. He can just charitz the **** out of you."

What is charitz and how do you do it - and if it is that effective, how can I develop it?

I did read your answer 24.7.2009 considering your books and did get to the Amazon.com -pages and looked there the possibilities to buy some of your books. They looked all very interesting and then I remarked that there was one piece "The Art of the Deal" also with your autograph and I get an idea that is it possible to buy all your books also with your autograph. Is Amazon only the place where I am recommended to buy these books. How I could get them easily here to me in Finland without risk payment.

Hi Mr. Trump, there's been a lot of discussion at NBC on whether The Apprentice would return next season or stay as The Celebrity Apprentice and with Ben Silverman leaving and them hiring a new man in charge of NBC what are the plan's for the regular version of The Apprentice returning? If you can please answer this question on your next blog since there's many questions about it that would be great. Thanks

Mr. Trump, this morning NPR discussed the challenges of this economy on the underwriting of Golfers and Golf tournaments. With your investment in the development of first class golf facilities, creative approach to pulling a wide range of sources together, investment in pageants, and your PR expertise, your ability to solve this challenge seems like a natural extension of your other enterprises. What advice do you have for the golf industry?

Good morning Mr. Trump,

In your book, TRUMP SURVIVING AT THE TOP, you mentioned you had a secret list of 10 New York real estate locations you wanted to own. Have you acquired all of them yet? If so, are you still keeping them secret - or can you share them with us and why each was important to you.

Mr. Trump, you have shared the impact your Father had on you, and the best wisdom he shared. I wonder about other people of influence in your life. Did your Grandmother share words of wisdom with you? What about your instructors and coaches in Military school?

Probably the best thing I learned from you is to question the core of every belief and attitude, to dig deep, and to learn more before acting or reacting. I also have you to thank for helping me to reclaim my education when life as I knew it was torn apart.
