That is indeed a Great achievement. I am not surprised that you are still proud of that one. I have many also but by far was a Six million dollar commercial deal that netted my largest commission to date. The Mortgage business is a great one. And the refinance business is still rewarding... of coarse there are alot more losses these days but hey...that's with any business. So long as there are more WINS...Yes?

You had built building and had your name on it. You called that a huge accomplishment,but I will tell you one thing that still happen in my country. There are many construction companies infringe upon the Trump Organization. They are built building and put your name on building to sell. I know in Korea someone( construction company) use your name to build building. They pay you 5 million dollars USD for royalties.
Last year,I came to New York and to the Trump Tower try to see you and tell you the serious thing. But I can`t get the right way to see yourself. However I saw the Mr. George in Trump Grille and tell him the thing. I asked him to tell you the important thing. Cause you went to Los Angeles for 7 season of Apprentice. Now,I still contact you and let you to pay attention it.

I absolutely agree. The first step on a magnificent dream is always the best. I remember giving you some advice back in 1981- that if you ever constructed a world-class skyscraper, that you should become the tenant, put your name on the building, and have it project the image that you wanted the world to have for your company. You did all that and much, much more.

For some time now, I've had the dream of going to New York and seeing Trump Tower in person. I've imagined that if I was ever at my goal weight, that I would walk into Trump Tower and ask you to give me the grand tour. Right now, that goal is a year away and I've been on track for two weeks. Set up a few minutes for me early next fall!

I imagine all of your facilities draw interest and add to tourism. I would very much enjoy the opportunity to visit them all. I wish you offered a virtual tour dvd Mr. Trump.

The Trump Tower is a huge and very beautiful building and will stay in the World´s History as an monument of hard work. It can show and hopefully gives us the power to believe in our dreams and to believe that even impossible can get true someday. You must work towards your goals, be brave and get serious.

This is a magnificent building and was one of the first places I visited in New York when I was there for a first time.
