This is great stuf!! I have been searching for a more direct source for listings that havent been completely saturated by lookie loos. We have also been looking to expand our reach by advertising some of our private equity products for Hard Money Mortgage purchases that we have available. Are there opportunities in this area as well on some of the sites you have listed?

I did read Tina´s blogs and they were interested. You must keep your eyes and your ears and your mind open to every direction when you are making a big deal, even working with your relatives. Sometimes your feelings tells you more than your sense.

I did watch also the related video by Tina - My first attitude was: What an earth! But when I had watched this video and afterwards think about it, I realized that this is it! Tina enjoy and loves what she is doing and that is the most important point to success with high professional ability and courage.

I did have a look to Tina´s website http://www.tinamerritt.com/ and saw that she is involved in many activities besides her working career.
