Henry Ford said “Don’t find a fault. Find a remedy.” That statement can cover a lot of territory in our business lives as well as personal lives. I have often said that one way out of a problem is to focus on the solution, which is a similar take. The next step is tenacity.
People who know me know that I don’t give up. I’m someone who stays the course and sometimes it can take decades. Trump Place on the Hudson River took many years to come into being, as it was in 1974 that I first secured the option to buy the West Side rail yards from Penn Central Railroad. The city wasn’t doing great at the time, and the West Side wasn’t considered as prime as it is now, but this was riverfront property. There were many twists and turns along the way but what is there now has been worth it to me and to the city. It has become a thriving gathering place for the neighborhood as well as a destination point, with a park, a pier, bicycle paths, picnic and sporting areas and waterfront walking. It didn’t happen overnight.
One thing I’ve learned that can be helpful to you is that I expect problems. Nothing worth doing is easy, and while I come to the office every day with positive expectations, I also know it’d be a strange day if there weren’t any problems to deal with. So learn to expect them. Here’s another tip: don’t see problems so much as problems as challenges. That can change your attitude about them and give you an edge in finding a remedy.

Not to mention the Trump world pages: http://www.trump.com/. All the buildings are also so beautiful, one of the most beautiful buildings that I like very much is Dubai, UAE : http://www.trump.com/Hotel_Collection/Trump_Jumeirah/Trump_Jumeirah.asp.
I picked up the sentence: "....while I come to the office every day with positive expectations, I also know it’d be a strange day if there weren’t any problems to deal with. So learn to expect them." This is a good advice when you go forward to your own goals. There are "pitfalls" also in life and in business, but you must learn about them and not to give up, if you feel bogged down, seek new opportunities and possibilities!
I have found myself sometimes thinking that if ..... or I can not....or could I....but these are only your thoughts and beliefs that you must throw away and begin to think that I can...or it is possible! or this is my chance! Yes, it can be successfull! You must commit to your decision and it could sometimes happen that what you are thinking comes true!
very good article, and there on the blog very valuable information, but I think the page is something that should not, is that issues are all ... and must be completely down to see them, besides the delay page loading issues are, if you design something and give him a page that is observed only 7 articles and below indicate the pages to phase them would be traveling much faster page load and would more aesthetic, we gentlemen who is a page with valuable information and represents one of the great men ...
Seeing problems as challenges is good. Sure you always try to find solutions but seeing them as challenges and not so much as only problems helps you stay on course.
Thanks for this tip.

Trump, I remember when you first secured the option to buy the West Side rail yards from Penn Central Railroad. 1974. Whew! Time marches on. I agree with you immensely. What you say is so true. And Henry Ford is correct when he said "Don’t find a fault. Find a remedy." But before a person can find a remedy, he or she must first find the true problem, the true and accurate challenge. You are correct Trump, if a problem is looked at as a challenge, then it becomes something to defy and confront. That’s when focus is put on finding the answer.
As you know Trump, to solve a problem the true "root" problem must be found. For many years I did not know what the true "root" problem was concerning the so-called "Black" community. I thought I did many times. But each 100% effort I put forth to correct the problem failed, because the true "root" problem was still hidden. I was cutting at the branches of the tree-problem which naturally did nothing but prune back the tree branches for the "root" problem to increase, grow back bigger and stronger as any gardening enthusiast knows.
It was not until I heard from only one middle class, college educated, so-called "Black" woman that I was a cursed son of Ham (Gen. 9:18-25), and that I was destined to stay at a low level in life, that’s when I found out the true "root" problem. Once I opened the Bible commentaries and verified that a curse on so-called "Black" people was actually being taught and believed in Judaism and Christianity, but especially believed in the so-called "Black" community, I knew I had struck gold and found Pandora‘s Box. Once We found the root problem, which is religion, We turned the problem into a challenge and defied and defeated it.
Trump, if you doubt the teaching of a religious "black curse" read any of the thousands of commentaries on Genesis 9:25. Even read Alma 3:6 and Mormon 5:15 in The Book of Mormon. Mormons believe black skin color is a curse of God. Everyone (Judaism, Christianity, Mormonism) says, in different erudite ways, that I am cursed, even though the Bible does not say that. It was an awesome task to defeat this "curse" trap. But We found the remedy without finding fault. We won. But We do blame the sly Judeo-Christian Bible scholars. We are not bitter. We are better because of the challenge and winning.
Christianity used this verse (Gen. 9:25) and other verses (the mark of Cain) to legitimize its chattel enslavement of so-called "Black" people for over 400 years. They are still enslaved spiritually. We know how to bring peace to the Middle East so that the Jewish people and the Palestinians can exist in tranquility. The Middle East conflict, in essence, is a religious conflict, not a political conflict. The Jewish people point to their holy Torah. The Muslims point to their Holy Qu-ran. But they both point to Abraham. God is One God. Corrupted religion is ubiquitous and secretly in control.
A peace treaty will not work in the Middle East. Only God’s truth, which is missing, will work and a transformation of the people’s minds and hearts. None of this will be easy. We did not find fault. We found the cause. Therefore We found the remedy (to God be the Glory). The acceptance of this remedy is of course up to the people. Our faith (in God’s love) is strong. The people will win and have won. Revolution means "transformation." Change for the better.
Sincerely, your friend and "Revolutionary Entrepreneur"
