A crazy thing happened to me this weekend driving up state to go to a Covais Family reunion. As I was cruising up the Taconic State Parkway I passed a sign saying Donald Trump State Park. I was so surprised I almost drove off the road.
You see people are always asking me, what makes Trump University so special? Why should I take Trump's program over other real estate course? What separates him from the other so called Real Estate Guru's out there? My response used to be that Trump University sets the Gold Standard for teaching successful Real Estate Investment. I hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day Weekend. I know I’m a little late, but I would like to thank any of our readers who severed in our countries armed forces. It is easy to forget with all the barbeques and fun, that we owe the men and women who have served in our military over the years a debt of gratitude.

The last blog I posted I was anticipating the call with Gary. Afterward I was going to follow up with everyone. Since then all hell has broken loose and I really haven’t had a minute to do anything. Within two days I had spent over fourteen hours in two different hospitals and let me tell you it wasn’t fun. My one saving grace was both times I wasn’t the sick person, I was just there for moral support.

The month has flown buy and I feel like I haven’t stopped for a minute. From the L.A. trip to loading the pictures to my normal work load I am exhausted. Subsequently I have fallen behind in my course work. I still have a few assignments left to do in Section 3. Negotiate Profitable Real estate Deals. I’m booked every night and probably won’t get a chance to do them until this weekend.
