In An Effort to Give Back to the NYC Community, Trump University is Giving Free Presentations to High School Students in the New York City Area to Inspire Students to Become the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

March 5, 2007 - Trump University, Donald Trump’s online education initiative, as a sponsor for Entrepreneurship Week USA, launched a series of free seminars tailored for high school students in the New York City area.  The first seminar was held at Bushwick Campus in Brooklyn on Friday, March 2, 2007.  The Bushwick Campus is home to four high schools: Academy of Urban Planning , New York Harbor School, Bushwick School for Social Justice and Academy for Environmental Leadership.Lasting over an hour, students poured into the library for this interactive conference.  Founded by Donald J. Trump in 2005, Trump University offers instruction in entrepreneurship, marketing, management, real estate investing and wealth building. The faculty, including Mr. Trump, joined by professors from major universities and successful entrepreneurs from many business sectors, present courses in formats that include instructor-led weekly online classes, live and virtual seminars, as well as self-guided e-learning courses on CD and DVD. The University’s Presentation entitled, “The Entrepreneur in You,” was an exclusive presentation given by Paul Quintal, Vice President of Trump University and Michael Gordon, author of the highly successful book: Trump University: Entrepreneurship 101 The presentation was given at a special assembly on Friday morning held in the school’s library. Bushwick students were very receptive to the lessons given by Quintal and Gordon and were eager to learn how to become successful future business leaders. 

The next round of seminars will take place March 22 at the Academy of Finance and Enterprise in Brooklyn NY.  The seminars are designed to teach future entrepreneurs about the skills needed to support and inspire student driven initiatives such as: student government; leadership clubs and peer groups - as well as for their future endeavors.
