We do our offers and or it's proposals on a more professional basis vs. on a personal level regardless if it's verbal and or written. If it is more verbal, in the beginning, then we follow-up and complete the due-diligence in writing. At some point, you will have to complete that legal function in writing. Some get to that point in different ways. It all depends...on how you negotiate in the proposals and offers. But, it will end by agreements- And by it's legal written due-diligence
Are there sample forms? Look at the research library and do a Google search. TrumpU has a lot of great info and forms. Always review the forms with your attorney and adjust to your specifics.-
