I heard your comment and I think its great cause it's very reallistic...maybe, as you say, its something that we don't want to talk about: death..but it happens. So thank you for the advice, and I'm going to follow it...Ross

Great insight! Real Estate investing can be good in any market if you know what you are doing and follow certain principles instead of the fads. I think R.E. investments is all about long term vision and strategies.
