Should you work with a buyers agent to buy or invest in real estate? I talk with Sheldon Neal about the role he plays in the real estate process and the benefits of using a buyers agent.

I have just recently completed the requirements to become a real estate agent. With that in mind I have a small knowledge base on industry but was wondering how often do clients want a buyers agent? Sometimes you have a listing and for some reason or another the client decides not to go through with that purchase. You can get them interested in being shown other options but you have to wait to be contacted by them initially. I'm interested in how myself as an agent can attract them to compliment my ability to get listings without alienating potential clients. Anyone able to help???????
