Esperanza funds a foster home with her $54,000 investment profit

“I had to struggle when I was growing up, and I wanted to give back to my community. I decided to found a home for emancipated foster youth - a place where kids could come gain job training and a place to stay until they were ready to succeed after they left the foster care system. After my training at Trump University, I bought and sold my first investment property for a $54,000 profit. Using a 1031 exchange (something I learned at Trump U), I bought my home for foster youth for $100,000 less than the appraised value. The house is now in the final stages of preparation for Daughters of Hope, an all-girls home for job and life skills training for emancipated foster youth. We have achieved non-profit status, and we are hoping to pioneer an all-male home as well. Without my knowledgeable coach and the vision of Trump University to empower individuals with knowledge using proven principles and methods, none of this would have been possible.”
