Coaching helps student to purchase a foreclosure for $100,000 under Fair Market Value(FMV)!

 My coaching raised my confidence and helped me to purchase a foreclosure worth at least $180,000 for only $75,000!  That translates to over $100,000 of instant equity.  I am now working on a two family house deal. This is a pre-foreclosure property that is on the market for $134,900. The CMA is about $238,000 - $280,000. The owner wants to dump it for $100,000 - $105,000 with third party approval.
