Over the last two decades, I've attended a considerable number of real estate seminars. Each time I've walked away with disjointed information, a lot of "success" stories, and an armful of very expensive books and tapes. It was never enough and I never really got started. It was the mentorship that I did with Trump University that finally gave me the confidence to know I would get the hands-on knowledge (and the kick-in-the-butt!) I needed.

I hit it off with Tad Lignell the first time we spoke on the phone and I immediately agreed to sign up with him as my Trump University Mentor. Our conversation gave me the confidence that Tad really knew what he was doing and I knew instantly that he was a person I could easily work with. With Tad at my side, I knew that I would succeed in acquiring the real estate investments I desired.

My decision to work with Tad paid off. He's an expert in the Las Vegas real estate market and has an enormously strong power team that understood exactly how to go about getting a successful real estate deal for me. My work with Tad concluded with the acquisition of three properties in the Las Vegas area at the bargain basement price of about $72 per square foot. I have leased each property and have a positive cash flow on all of them.

Since then, I have gone onto acquire properties in Phoenix and Seattle. I currently own five homes in three geographic areas totaling ~$985,000 in value. My three Las Vegas properties are cash flowing at $200-300 apiece. I expect to sell my Phoenix and Seattle properties for $60,000 total in profit.

Tad did an amazing job of clarifying and simplifying the information I learned in the seminars. He also had a key piece of advice for me, "since nothing works long term without integrity, please be honest in everything you do." I now have a long term relationship with Tad and we talk on a regular basis. He continues to guide my investments and is a source of inspiration.

My career is now on a path to success thanks to Tad and Trump University. I will continue to purchase real estate in the Las Vegas area with the contacts and power team I have built - thanks to Tad. I look forward to growing my investment expertise and continuing my relationship with Trump University.
