Father and son secured a lease/option deal and profited over $10,000 with positive cashflow!

"Following guidance from our Trump University Mentor, Chris Goff, we secured a lease/purchase option deal with a willing, motivated seller of a nice townhouse in Springfield, VA. We then advertized the property and found a family that we were able to help. They are now in a home that they might not have gotten otherwise, with the prospect of actually buying it in a year.

As a result of the transactions, we made $10,000 on the Option Fee and have a positive monthly cash flow of $155.00 on the rental payments.
