Arcadio has been working in the creative Real Estate arena as an investor and speaker for approximately fourteen years. He began his real estate career by owning and operating a Real Estate investment company in Northern New Jersey. In addition, Arcadio was a Real Estate Portfolio Manager based out of Manhattan, New York, where his responsibilities included, but were not limited to: managing a $1.1 billion dollar portfolio, representing approximately $400 million dollars in equity investment, and encompassing over 12,000 residential units during this time.
